I can’t express my thanks enough for the treatment I’ve had at Bupa with Shyam. He has been unbelievably patient and understanding throughout my 2.5 year journey to help me achieve a natural, straight smile that I’m so happy with. I now have so much more confidence, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he’s done. Thank you so much.

I recently had an appointment with Ahmed Ismail at Bupa Ladybridge and felt compelled to leave a review. I am extremely dental phobic and was honestly considering doing a runner before my appointment, but Ahmed was so kind, patient and understanding that I stayed. He took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through each step of the treatment and always gave me choices, which helped me feel much more in control and less anxious. Nothing felt rushed, and he treated me with genuine care and respect throughout. His calm, friendly and professional manner completely put me at ease. Thanks to his reassurance, I was able to go through with treatment that I would otherwise have struggled with. I would highly recommend Ahmed to anyone, especially those who are nervous or anxious about visiting the dentist. He has earned my trust, and I would have no hesitation in seeing him again in the future.

Dr Ali Shaar repaired my lower fixed retainer and was charged £120 but I was very disappointed with the quality of the work. My previous fixed retainers were smooth and comfortable whereas this one immediately felt bulky and poorly finished. I also wasn’t shown the result in a mirror before leaving the appointment so I only noticed how badly it had been done once I got home. For the amount charged, I expected much better attention to detail and a more professional result.

I’ve been really happy with the care I’ve received at Bupa Dental Care Ladybridge. The staff are friendly and professional, and everything feels well organised without being rushed. The dentist explained things clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which I appreciated. Appointments have been on time, and the practice itself is clean and comfortable. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and I feel confident being registered here. I’d happily recommend this practice.

Honestly could not be happier with the treatment and help Anuroopa has given me, i did visit on two occasions with the most severe tooth pain ive ever had, shes fully diagnosed me helped with the pain, referred me to a specialist for further treatment and already setup a plan of action I understand. I cannot thank the practice enough, the relief i feel is amazing, anuroopa also made me calm, considered every option and more importantly listened to my opinion and tailored the treatment accordingly. 10/10 you've made me so happy to finally have the answers i needed and a treatment plan moving forward 😊

I saw seen by the hygienist prior to my dentist check up. I had not seen this particular hygienist before but he was excellent in every aspect. This included our meeting, consultation, treatment and explanation. After the hygienist I attended my dental checkup with my usual dentist. This was , as always, professional, thorough and a pleasure to attend.
