Had just got comfortable with a lovely dentist named Mariam, then on my next visit I had someone completely different. Not even the reception staff say there's been a change. It looks like if your paying NHS prices you just get whoever. So much for consistent care. I've been with this dental surgery for over 10 years and had at least 6 or 7 different dentists. I know some people leave, find other jobs etc but telling patients their dentist has changed should be part of the greeting apart from 'can you please pay for your treatment before hand'.

Been coming to this dentist for a few years now and regardless of which dentist I have seen the service has always been superb. Professional, explaining the treatment fully and giving good advice about looking after your teeth and general oral health. Receptionists are all friendly, helpful and professional too. Would highly recommend.

My experience at Eden Dental in Blackburn has been absolutely amazing. The team are so welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring, which made every visit a pleasure. I completed my Invisalign journey with them and couldn’t be happier with the results. I have been coming here for years and have nothing to complain about. The staff has always been extremely welcoming and easing my anxiety of people being too close to me. I now look forward to coming in as i am always greeted with big smiles and amazing results every time. 10/10

Not for the first time, dentist texted and emailed a reminder, then an hour later cancelled and asked me to rearrange. Now have to wait another month and they cannot tell me why appointment was cancelled. Not very impressed, why remind and then cancel, seems incongruous.

Brilliant surgery very helpful and extremely knowledgeable I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’ve not got a dentist or even moving surgeries

I’ve been going to this dental surgery for years. Their team is exceptional, from the receptionists to nurses and dentists. Dr Bil is brilliant - he always takes the time to explain things, is very reassuring and shows a genuine interest in me and my dental needs. He is an absolute credit to the practice and I feel well looked after by him. Thank you Dr Bil!
