Accrington Road Dental (ARCD)

Seems like a great spot to get the teeth fixed just very busy and difficult to get though via telephone. My initial appointment was less than 15 minutes and no X-ray the same day eating a roll pulled out a huge filling. Tried to call and couldn’t get through to book an emergency-eventually wife got me in.

I had such a great experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was amazing—patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to help with everything I needed. I noticed a big improvement in customer service since my last visit. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease the entire time. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond.

Dentist is a big scam in the country. They charge £27 for a couple of minutes appointments just to look inside your mouth. Anything else is chargeable separately and this is from the patients, how much they claim for NHS we don't know. I had appointment, he cleaned teeth and changed me extra £48 which means £75 in total just for 10 minutes max. They are ripping off people and NHS both. And people are being forced to attend the appointment whether they need it or not. If you don't attend the appointment means if you don't pay them £27 after every six months they will take your name off from the register. Government should look into this matter.

I have been a patient here for numerous years. I spoke of my pain in a wisdom tooth and instead of dealing with it. The incompetent nhs dentist said it looks fine. When I went private with another dental practice I was told its impacted and infected and prescribed antibiotics. Then it was removed by a surgeon who when I spoke with him about this Accrington road dental practice said its notorious for bad treatment. This dental practice is a joke, if you complain about anything they remove you from the practice without contacting you. The practice manager is lazy and doesn't investigate anything. Please avoid this dental practice if you are NHS because you will be treated like a third class citizen. Thank you

Absolute rubbish. Registered as an essential patient, needed to move my appointment and called numerous times leaving messages asking to reschedule, hear nothing back and then get a text saying I've missed my appointment and have been removed from the register. Useless staff. AVOID.

Contacted this dental practice and asked for information on registering my disabled child and the receptionist said just to look on the website. I asked her if that what she was paid for and she said yes she's paid to tell us to look at the website and put the phone down?! Do jot recommend this due to bad customer service!

We take our daughter here, and chris takes special care to make her feel comfortable and is great at what he does, and a massive thankyou to Britney who sorts all our appointments and looks after us when we attend. Thanks guys
