Best dental practice I’ve been to by far - staff are so accommodating and professional, special thanks to Kam for being so wonderful! Approaching the end of my Invisalign treatment with Dr Kunal - it was a smooth process, he always takes the time to explain things and I’m super happy with my results! Thank you all for making my experience so positive. I highly recommend this practice!

We have been going to this practice for many years. The staff are all kind skilled and supportive to us. Special mention must be made of Kam the receptionist who is always cheerful and helpful. Wendy the hygienist is wonderful, highly skilled and gives good helpful practical advice. We have great confidence in the skills of Tom our dentist. With the other staff members not mentioned by name the team provide a pleasant friendly atmosphere. We have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

I’ve recently switched over to Priory Dental Harborne, and I genuinely can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the whole experience felt welcoming and relaxed. Emily, Georgie, and Luke were all brilliant such a lovely team. They were really chatty and friendly, which instantly put me at ease, and they made what can sometimes be a nerve wracking visit feel completely comfortable. Everything ran smoothly with minimal delays, which was a big plus, and the overall atmosphere was professional yet warm. It’s clear they really care about their patients. I’m so glad I made the switch!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, and throughout that time I have consistently received exceptional care, advice, and professionalism. However, today was a particularly significant experience for me. At 68 years old, I had to undergo an extraction—something I have feared my entire life. From the moment I arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to support me. Every member of staff showed incredible patience, understanding, and kindness. They took the time to carefully explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I felt informed, reassured, and in control throughout. Their calm and compassionate approach made what I had dreaded for decades completely manageable—and remarkably, entirely pain-free. A special mention must go to Kam on reception, who is always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. Kam consistently goes the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable and safe, and that personal touch makes such a difference. This practice is truly outstanding. The team’s professionalism, empathy, and dedication to patient care are second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough—especially for anyone who feels anxious or nervous about dental treatment. You will be in the very best hands.

The Priory teams service and responsiveness is second to none. I cracked a tooth last Thursday evening and got an appointment for Monday am. Today Tuesday my tooth was rebuilt as good as new, following a hygienist appointment. Can't recommend the team too highly. Thank you.

I've been having treatment at this dental practice for over 25 years from when it was Elmhurst. I've always received a great service from all the staff . I recently returned home after being in Ireland for months and needed to have my teeth checked. Spoke to Kam on reception who couldn't of been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice on my personal experience.

I am 87, and yesterday I had an extraction performed by the dental surgeon Farid. It was a tricky procedure as the root of the tooth was so near my sinus. I experienced very little discomfort and twenty four hours later I am pain free. Never before throughout my life have I experienced such personal care and professional support. Indeed every visit I have made to this dental practice has been exceptional in personal care and support.
