Mike Richards has has been my dentist for over 20 years, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is incredibly child friendly, patient, and always makes appointments feel comfortable and stress-free. His kindness and professionalism have made a huge difference for my family over the years. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both so skilled and genuinely caring. Nice one Mike!!!!

Very professional Mike is the best dentist have been with him for years now. He is straight up very good at his job always willing to give aftercare advice. Reception staff are nice and it’s a clean safe environment

Honestly I gave 2 stars because the dentist is amazing and she deserves 5 but the reception is another whole story. Since the beginning was a nightmare to get them to get my name correctly. They got it wrong even after I wrote down. But as I said the dentist is so good that I let go. Last timeI had to ring there to rebook my appointment after I injured myself and being housebound I couldn’t go but it took 20 minutes in a painful call to them get my name correctly and see my files with them. I got even the person on the phone asking if I was sure I was their client. Yes. For 4 years! Today I got a call from them but it rang like 4 times and then I got a message cancelling my appointment. If they treat a private client that was loyal for 4 years I can’t imagine how is for others. I gave up of this practice. I can’t handle the humiliation of booking an appointment with them.

My routine appointment was quick and smooth. Sandeep is great! Straight after I had my hygienist appointment with Pam! She's very good and talks you through what's happening and is thorough. My negative feedback is for the receptionist. I called a minute after my appointment time to let them know I'm a FEW minutes late due to traffic. She said, I'll check and call you back. I asked her not to bother because I've got 2 appointments away and am on route. Generally, I'm never late, on this occasion I was 5 minutes late. I didn't like this and dismissed it BUT customer service is important as receptionists are the first point of call. Overall, don't expect the receptionists to smile. Everyone else is wonderful and for this reason I would recommend going.

I had an emergency dental appointment and they were incredibly accommodating, got me in the same day when I was in a lot of pain. Sandeep performed my dental surgery and he was absolutely outstanding. She explained everything clearly, was extremely gentle and skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. If you need urgent dental care or surgery, this is the place to go. Highly recommended — thank you Sandeep and the team !!!!

As usual the treatment I received was excellent. From warm reception to great work. I've been receiving treatment here for over 40 years and would be upset if I had to go anywhere else.

Highly recommend, I’ve been with Cottams for many years. Personally I’ve found Mr Cottam to be very polite, calm and reassuring in his manner. Making the experience good for me.
