I had a dental issue which was resolved completely to my satisfaction. I would like to thank the practice manager, Jenny, for being so understanding and non-defensive throughout the process, and Dr Ralitsa, who truly went above and beyond. The work was extremely thorough, and I also received a detailed oral hygiene review. When I left after my scale and polish, I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The experience has left me in a better position to take better care of my teeth moving forward.

I’ve been with Oakville Dental practice for over 20 years and can truthfully say all the staff are friendly, kind and reassuring. I have just come to the end of a 3 month, full mouth dental implants and crowns treatment plan, under Dr Jaskirtan Bajwa. To say that I am pleased and happy with the result is a massive understatement. I am so very grateful to Jas, Mustafa and Rivanne. They made the experience so very much easier than my expectations. I was kept comfortable and reassured throughout the treatments. Anyone thinking of having dental implants and are hesitant because they’re not sure what to expect- go and see Jaz. He will tell you honestly what is possible and what to expect. I cannot thank him enough for what he has given me .

Had a very good experience at Oakville Dental Practice last two days and today. Right from the reception. Don’t know her name but the lady at the reception was very lovely. And my dentist was awesome too. Thanks ladies really appreciate. Keep up the good work. MacGregory!

As I'm due for a check-up with the dentist Laura Vaitkeviciute, I feel a little guilty for not commenting on the excellent treatment I received by her for a couple of fillings last year. She was consummately professional not only for her level of competency but for her reassuring and friendly manner. Suffice to say sufficient time has passed to best judge her work. John Hayward

So straightforward and easy to sign up, receptionist helped me get an earlier appointment due to tooth pain and my dentist Sanjana was SO considerate and kind! She explained everything clearly and constantly checked to make sure I was okay / understood every step. The waiting room and overall layout of the building is also really cozy and comfortable, I definitely recommend this place, it is a brilliant dental practice!

Dr. Ralitsa is truly exceptional. She removed my tooth with remarkable finesse, care, and gentleness — I felt completely safe in her hands. Over the past months, she has also worked closely with me to make sure that my treatment plan was financially manageable, which meant more to me than I can express, especially given my difficult circumstances. Both she and her assistant were absolutely superb today, and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for their kindness, professionalism, and humanity. I am genuinely grateful.

This is our first visit to Oakville Dental, was accompanying my daughter to do dental check health. Kudos to Dr Thomas and the assistant were very welcoming and warm throughout the visit. My daughter has great experience and comfortable. Thank you! Also thank you for front desk team that help me out during registration process, the hassle of mispronounced surname surely quite frustrating but was managed kindly, thank you for your patience.
