I am so grateful for our dental practice. I phoned up yesterday whilst away in Wales as needed an emergency appointment. The receptionist did her very best to get my an appointment and I arranged for the next day. Very grateful for Usef and Leah for providing clear and efficient service. I’m an NHS patient and was treated with kindness and patience. Thank you so Much again

What can I say. I have visiting Cadbury Dental Practice ever since the old practice which was slap bang in the chocolate factory. I just want people to know that you should not dred going to the dentist, all the team are absolutely amazing and are 'real human beings' not 'just dentists' . I particularly want to give thanks to my long standing dentist Dr Abrar who I WILL NEVER CHANGE he has been through the ups and downs with me. Another big thanks is my hygienist Fareed, what I like about Fareed is he is so calm and does not judge you as I sometimes feel guilty by having too many coffees. Also he actually gives you genuine advice about how to actually keep your teeth clean. Again I Will NEVER CHANGE my hygienist, I even had a conversation with Fareed on types of toothbrushes lol. Also the ladies on the reception team are lovely especially Ikrah who has looked after my appointments for years. I feel like Ikrah always goes the extra mile for me. I would like to mention that when you go to the dentist, actually talk to them as your teeth are important! Trust me I've had 2 extractions and I would have been in a more of a bad way if it wasn't for Cadbury dental.

Had a great service at Cadbury Dental. My teeth needed attention after chemo therapy had affected them. I enquired about Composit Bonding . After a consultation Mr Ahmed suggested having my top six teeth done. The price was reasonable and the work was painless it took about 2 hour's. I now have a confident smile back and the finished result is amazing. I Would totally recommend it

I’ve never had straight teeth and as I’ve got older the colour has gone darker, leaving me really self-conscious to smile. Then Abrar worked his magic by composite bonding on only x3 teeth and I feel transformed! He matched the colour to my (better) teeth and in less than x2 hours I now have straight, natural-looking teeth & a new smile! I wish I’d had this painless procedure done sooner! I can’t recommend Abrar Ahmed & his nurse Lily more highly.

I got my braces removed in a different practice and was treated poorly but the orthodontist, she left so much glue on my teeth and was so rude. I came to cadburys as it is the usual dental practice and without notice they got me straight into see a hygienist within 10 minutes. The manager and staff were so helpful and reassuring! Couldn’t recommend this dental practice more!!

I visited Mr Ahmed today and as always received excellent and friendly treatment . I have been a patient of Mr Ahmed since the practice was inside Cadbury factory also his nurse was very kind. Went on to see Mr Fareed Kayani and his nurse Casey for hygiene treatment , both brilliant and put me at ease. All future appointments sorted by reception staff, thank you.

This morning i visited Fareed and casey his nurse. It was lovely too see that fareed was still there after experiencing hygienists leaving one after the other. Fareed knows im nervous and instantly puts me at ease, and what a delightful nurse he had with him . If i had to rate them out of 10 i would give eleven. I do hope they both stay ,well done Fareed and casey
