Bournville Village Dental Practice

After my husband and I joined the practice and had such a positive experience, other family members have since joined too. Chris and the team of hygienists are very gentle and very thorough, great at explaining what they’re doing and clear in what they recommend. They all make me feel at ease "in the chair". Sarah in reception is very welcome. They’re a really lovely team. I’ve had check ups, hygiene appointments and fantastic lab overlays fitted, and I’m really happy with my treatment and the outcome.

Like most others I never look forward to a visit to the dentist. On this occasion it was my first experience at BVDP with a broken tooth. Reception was polite and efficient certainly no issues there. On to the dentist, the aptly named Mr Chris Payne. I have to say it all went very well, Chris took time to explain everything and the treatment was painless and quick. All in all I would personally highly recommend this practice and would not hesitate is using again.

This dental practice must be one of the best around. More like a family or a group of friends. One is greeted with a smile by the receptionist and immediately put at ease. The dentist, Chris, is professional but extremely friendly and very caring. He has never pressed me to have a more expensive treatment and allows me to make my own decision.

Another excellent visit to see Chris the dentist and the hygienist. Not having the best of teeth I am always so appreciative of all they do. So kind and gentle. Sarah the receptionist is always so friendly and helpful. It makes a wonderful change nowadays to find such professionals that care.

I have been a patient here for more than 10 years and I can honestly say it's the very best. I recently had some work done and Chris is patient, offers great advice and explores all options with you. He's also very skilled in what he does, leading to great results. The Hygienists, Receptionists and Nurses are all highly professional and exceptional in all that they do. I cannot recommend the Practice enough.

I have been attending Bournville Dental Practice since the 1980's. My current dentist is Chris Payne - he is a magician! I had a fall yesterday and broke my front teeth, and he has magically rebuilt them; I am beyond grateful and overwhelmed by his attention to detail, caring and compassionate approach and always with good humour and a giggle. All of the staff are polite, efficient and friendly - I wouldn't go anywhere else! Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you 😊

I would totally recommend this dental practice and all the team! There’s always a very warm welcoming smile from Sarah on arrival and a little chat to calm those nerves(if you’re a whimp like me😊) thanks Sarah. Chris Payne has been my dentist for many years and has always been extremely kind and professional. He is very informative about any treatment carried out. I have recently had a fair amount of treatment and I am so pleased with the end result... thanks Chris, you are very talented and highly recommended!
