Novos Dental Clinic

Came in after having pain in my lower teeth, as someone who is terrified of dentists i was very pleased with the service, receptionists were very friendly and were able to bring my appointment forward although they are busy🙏. Dr Shahen was very patient with me and kind and his nurse aisha made me feel very welcomed and calmed my nerves. Practice was very clean and organised. Overall, i was very pleased with the service and have registered my children here, would highly recommend to all 👌🏻

After struggling looking for a Dental Practice for a long time,l was finally accepted at Novo Dental Practice. - Initially when I first visited I noticed that the (Manager/ Receptionist) was attending to clients and also assisting the Dentist.She was so energetic, organised, pleasant and professional. She is really outstanding. - I had several visits at this Dental Practice feeling welcomed at all times. - Their waiting area is spacious always clean and tidy. - The team is very good always communicate with clients if there'll be a delay due to emergency. -Treatment room neat and tidy and well equipped, Staff together with Dentist maintaining Sterility wearing protective clothing. - Manager and Dentist are so Patient and listened well to my problems concerning my Dentures. - I received beautiful well fitting Dentures, I am so pleased and happy with my Dentures. This Dental Practice is Excellent I would recommend anybody Thank you.

Such friendly staff and such great care given to me at my time here. The nurses are very knowledgeable and helped me throughout my time there and made my experience ever more memorable and better. The dentist was very reassuring and this put my mind at ease and their skills were top-notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need.

The surgery was very clean and well maintained, with modern, up-to-date equipment which made the whole experience feel professional and comfortable. The assistants were reassuring and supportive throughout my visit, taking the time to explain things and helping to calm my nerves as a nervous patient. Their friendly approach really made me feel at ease and made the experience much more pleasant.

I really liked the clinic — everyone was very pleasant and friendly. My second appointment was initially scheduled for two weeks later, but I asked if there might be an earlier slot available. Even though it wasn’t an emergency or tooth pain, they said they would contact me if something opened up. They called me the same week when a spot became available, which I really appreciated. I will definitely continue coming here.

Messed me around for months and months eventually found such a good dentist who corrected all my teeth and told me i was fobbed of with filler glue all on my teeth. I also had a root canal started of in december and was never finished! Every appointment i made was cancelled due to work going on and then i was told by the receptionist hajra that i was discussed and they priortise the ones that pay the most! How disgusting this world has lost huamanity! I wouldnt recommend this place!
