Heathfield Dental Practice

I attend Heathfield Dental Practice and had to see Dr Ibrahim as my usual dentist there was unavailable. He checked my tooth and filed it down, which helped relieve the discomfort and allowed me to wait a few days before having the procedure done. When I came back for the treatment, he was very understanding about my jaw locking when my mouth is open for too long. He was reassuring throughout, regularly checking that I was comfortable, and remained very professional. I really appreciated the care I received and would highly recommend the practice.

Very disappointed. I was a long time patient of Dr Dad at his previous practice. I was very happy and felt very comfortable during almost 10 years under his care. It took a long time to find where he is now based. After filling out registration forms with the practice I was told I would be contacted in 2 weeks when a space opened up for NHS patients. Instead I received a phone call a few days later to say I can only see Dr Dad as a private patient but it was possible to see another dentist there as an NHS one. Who has money for private dentistry? I felt held to ransom, so will find someone else. No loyalty.

10/10 dentist. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Huge appreciation to the receptionist who is very caring and respectful. This makes a big difference as this is the first interaction you have with the dentist and sets a good tone. Receptionist have such a bad name in various different fields, but here at Heathfield dentist it’s the opposite. I’ve known them for many years and they’re a real asset to the dentist so very well done and keep up the good work. My dentist Dr Dad is a true gem 💎. Extremely good at his work, always so attentive and always explains very thoroughly. Always puts you at ease and gives solid advice. Truly goes over and beyond. On few occasions I’ve had a lot of pain before going away on holiday and the dentist booked me in ASAP and got seen the same day. DR Dad did his magic and took the pain away. This allowed me to go on holiday pain free. Honestly I’m so thankful for this dentist. You’re amazing!!!!

From the moment I sat in the chair, I was impressed by how professional and attentive everyone was. ​What truly sets Dr. Dad apart is his incredible ability to keep patients completely at ease. I’ve had my tooth removed today, the surgery went really well and I didn’t feel no pain at all. The doctor was very polite and instructive. I’m happy with the service, very professional dental practice.

I had to leave a review for Dr Ibrahim, he is really good at what he does and I had a really positive experience. He took his time to explain what he is doing and kept checking if I am comfortable. I usually have a tough time at dentist but he was gentle and patient, which made the treatment much easier. I could tell he really cared about his patients and wants to do a good job. I completely trust him with my dental care. I would recommend dr Ibrahim to anyone looking for a dentist who is professional and understanding!
