West House Dental Practice

Dentist definitely deserves more credit. Not many reviews I’m getting my teeth checked for teeth whitening in a few weeks I’ve been there since a kid at primary school in mid twenties now, always been the same dentists working there they are very professional and calm under pressure I’ve had some ups and downs but that’s due to my over reactions when I’ve sensed something has gone wrong and it hasn’t but teeth overall are a very artist attention to detail job and it takes a lot of patience and skill to do what they do so I reflect back and realise I do go to a special dentist that cares and does everything best they can for their patients including myself.

Always running late, dentist quite rude at times. Never answer the phone

Mr Field was excellent. Really impressed by his knowledge and kind approach. Really pragmatic. I can’t praise the practice more, it’s great!

Visited Dr. Nikita Mehta today for my two daughters (9 years old and 7 years old). They were feeling quite anxious since we haven’t visited the dentist due to COVID. Dr. Mehta was nothing short of excellent. Compassionate, gentle and she really was able to explain every step of the visit to my daughters. She removed plaque build up on my older daughter and talked about a long term plan for alignment of her teeth, which is helpful to me as we plan her next few visits with Dr. Mehta. Follow up on X-rays and a plan forward to help with two small cavities was clearly communicated for my younger daughter so clearly. The practice also is so soothing, nestled across a park, the girls had a quick play in the playground. Such a great experience! Def. A family practice for all.

Had to use this dentist as an emergency patient twice in 3 weeks. First was to remove a broken wisdom tooth. The dentist Mr Fields was really calming and put all my fears at ease as I was scared stiff. The second time was due to an infection in another wisdom tooth area. Again the dentist Mr Masterson was really calming and put my nerves at ease. I can not thank this practice enough.

Been coming here for years now registered my children here. Wouldnt like to go anywhere else. Fab caring team always been nervous of denist as a young child but they make u feel at ease. Definitely recommend

An excellent service offered from start to finish for my daughters brace. Mr Masterson was extremely kind and caring during what can be a worrying procedure for a teen. She had top and bottom train track braces together with dietary help from Mr Masterson so as nit to damage the brace or her teeth. Several appointments were needed to tighten them. She was allowed to choose band colours which was fun but often a stressful decision to make! Mr Masterson is nothing short of a genius with teeth! The nurses and reception staff are always helpful. Thank you all.
