Such a lovely experience if an extraction can be lovely! 😄 The staff were wonderful. So welcoming and happy to help with anything I needed. I’m a wheelchair user and all of the staff I met took it in their stride. No fussing, just thoughtful help. The online forms were straightforward and I had no problem with them at all. I received text message reminders of my appointment at appropriate intervals and even one to check I was still going to attend. On the morning of the appointment I received a personal text asking if I’d like to go in sooner as they’d had a cancellation. The dentist and her nurse put me at ease the minute I met them. They were efficient and professional explaining every step to me and checking in with me through the procedure. I had been concerned about the anaesthetic but the dentist was so good and the entire procedure was painless and didn’t seem to take long at all. A big thank you to the team at Belper Dental Practice for making it such a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Belper area looking for a great dentist.

I had an emergency appointment at Belper dental practice. To have a tooth extracted the dentist was very helpful telling me my options and what to do in the future. I had a really good experience and I would like to thank them for getting me an appointment in short notice. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and she called me back within an hour as they was having staffing issues due to the weather. Overall a very good experience

Belper Dental professional and friendly. Emergency appointment easily arranged and contacted about a cancelled appointment which meant I was in for treatment the next day. The quality of treatment was second to none. Charlotte Collis has been my dentist for a number of years and I would not hesitate to recommend her , along with her support team , to anyone seeking dental work . Well done to everyone at the practice.

As an extremely nervous, older patient, I wasn't looking forward to even having a checkup.. But I was really pleased to find everyone at Belper Dental Practice very kind and understanding. The lovely dentist even gave time over for me to explain where my fears come from, as well as good advice on teeth care. So thank you to all concerned. Perhaps next time might be a little easier!

Excellent service from Joyce, the hygienist. She was caring, professional and efficient and most importantly listened and reacted positively to my concerns. Magda, the dental practitioner, is also professional. She explains everything clearly and exudes confidence which helps you feel safe and secure in her hands.

1st appointment for myself and my daughter. Really lovely staff and our dentist was a lovely, caring lady who made me feel valued as I hate my teeth. She set up a plan to help me and im so happy. My daughter has great teeth and really liked her too

First time using this NHS dentist since moving towns. Was a very professional place. Glad I chose to go with them. The dentist made me feel relaxed with it being my first visit. The reception staff also seemed very welcoming.
