Amazing experience other the period of my braces. From the start to end I was given the perfect treatment and have a lovely smile. Couldn’t ask for anything better. They all had lovely personalities and made appointments feel comfortable and enjoyable.

My teenage son saw Hayley and her team who were all very professional, friendly, precise and kind. They clearly work well together and their teamwork is impressive. Every stage was explained clearly. He had fixed braces for two years and eight months - they were removed last week and he collected the retainer today. The before and after photos show the remarkable improvement. There wasn't room for two teeth to come through (one top and bottom). The braces were used to make space and bring everything into alignment. Such a fantastic result. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. We really appreciate it.

My daughter has been happy here and has received great treatment and care with Gemma. She’s had a fixed brace for nearly 3 years and had it removed the other day and the difference to her teeth and the correction of her overbite that she had is really amazing. Thank you

I wanted to give huge appreciation to Jemma and her team! I had been a patient of her for years with my braces' treatment, and she was honestly the best orthodontist I have had. She is a super nice lady, and she is very good at her job. I recently had my braces come off, and the results were spectacular. Jemma deserves a raise!! 🙂

We couldn't speak more highly of Hayley at Total Orthodontics. We've had such a good experience with her over the last 2 years. Hayley is very kind, patient and gentle and has been so brilliant at all appointments for our son. Our son finds social interactions really difficult and gets very anxious, he also has severe OCD which he likes to keep a secret. Hayley has been so sweet and discreet managing these issues. She's been a star and so have her assistants!

I had a mixed experience at an orthodontist in Beckenham. The dentists themselves are absolutely amazing—professional, skilled, and make you feel comfortable during treatment. Unfortunately, the reception experience lets the practice down significantly. The receptionists come across as quite rude and dismissive. On occasions, I was cut off mid-conversation and not given the chance to properly explain my issue, which is frustrating. It’s a shame because the clinical care is excellent, but the front desk communication really needs improvement… like a lot of improvement, starting with not cutting people off when they are trying to speak.

Would give it 5 stars because the orthodontists are very nice and kind to my son. But the receptionists are very rude. If you try to negotiate a suitable time for your appointment even when the orthodontist mentions they may be available at an earlier time …the lady at the reception will speak to you in rude manner and even said I would be delaying the treatment to get the appointment time more suitable to me than the appointment they offered ( only 12 days later) but if you call in to reschedule they will give you an appointment 3 weeks later and that wouldn’t be delaying the treatment? I understand it can get busy but if you can treat people with respect and not talk to them in a condescending manner it would be good. Otherwise we are very happy with the practice and the orthodontists.
