NHS Beckenham Dental Clinic

Went today (I have a history of severe anxiety in relation to the chair and needles, Inc panic attacks, stuttering, etc etc) I saw Jason and his colleague who's name escapes me. They were both absolutely amazing. First time I've felt comfortable and safe in the chair in over fourteen years. Cannot thank them both enough. Very calm, informative and professional. I'm making my next appointment tomorrow and for the first time in years, I'm not afraid. Thankyou. 5 Stars.

I visited today and was told I could not book a NHS check up because of Covid, even though it has been over a year since lock down began and most of the country have now had their vaccines and the pubs are all open! I was however told I could have a private check up the very next day, how is the fair? The receptionist told me this is out of their hands and they are following NHS guidelines but my friend managed to get a NHS check up last week at his dentist. I think maybe this dentist has interpreted the NHS guidelines incorrectly or to their advantage somehow. If it is safe to do a private appointment then why not NHS?

My husband has had three appointments here so far and all have been flawless. He saw Jason & colleague again today & had work done. I cannot praise these guys enough. Thank you. Highly recommended.
