Riverside Dental Centre

I’m a very nervous patient. Sarah and her nurse were amazing this morning. I felt at ease with them both. For someone who’s terrified of the dentist I would happily visit them time and time again. Thank you both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing dentist 😀🦷. I had a couple of extractions over years. so kind and careing. All staff ⚕️ make me feel at ease. Especially sitting in the chair 🪑😊 top dental care.🪥🦷

Absolutely brilliant, Alex and Laura looked after me and extracted my bad tooth that my own dentist has taken nearly 6 months to do. Friendly professional emergency dentist, thank you

If I could put minus stars I would. My partner got referred here by 111 after weeks of pain from extracted wisdom tooth. We highlighted on the MH form that they had mental health issues and were autistic. The first impression of the dentist was arrogant and uncaring. I am a dental nurse and PM and I have never experienced such an uncompassionate, unprofessional and uncaring dentist in my life. He took no time to explain and couldn't have got rid of us any quicker. Totally disgusting service from a professional who is employed to care for people and get them out of pain. I hope no-one else experienced this type of care.

I took my son here for a check up, he is under the special needs dental team. I explained to the dentist that my son has a rare genetic condition that effects his teeth so an xray was needed. The dentist literally did not know what he was doing!! Asking his assistant what to do. I was told to Google the dental hospital rather than given a letter or leaflet. The guy literally seemed so uninterested and had no clue about how to look after and care for children. They were also discussing other children's cases during my sons consultation which is a massive data protection breach. The whole thing was soooooo unprofessional and an absolute shambles. Embarrassing to say the least.

I had a tooth extraction today and all the staff were so kind and caring. They kept me at ease during the whole process, and helped me pace myself when feeling anxious about the extraction. I was struggling with toothache for a while, and I could not be more grateful for their sensitive approach. I didn’t catch their names but I hope they see this!

I got an emergency appointment here after calling 111, receptionist and nurse were lovely and very friendly, the dentist seemed stressed and tired, not very friendly but polite, i can understand that, important thing is that he helped me and i’m no longer in pain, thank you for your service! 🙏🏻
