Wow. What an incredible experience at QS dental.. I have been seeing other dentists for a while, but Dr Misbah was able to pick up on issues from the first visit and plan treatment promptly. Left me feeling much more confident with my smile, and I can’t wait to see how the Invisalign turns out!! Highly recommend Dr Misbah, she is amazing and really knows her stuff 😁

To Doctor Misbah, I'm absolutely over the moon, with the treatment I've received at this dental practice. I've had 2 extractions, and a full denture fitted, and I'm amazed at how perfect the denture fit, and it looks so natural, giving me such a confidence boost. They made me feel at ease with my extractions, and took great care in looking after me. Avoid this dentist at all costs. I’d been a patient at this practice for two years without any issues until recently - interestingly, this coincided with me being pregnant and therefore entitled to free NHS dental treatment. At my last routine appointment, the dentist advised me to book a hygiene appointment. As these appointments are covered by the NHS when deemed clinically necessary by a dentist, I was surprised when the practice attempted to charge me. As a matter of principle, I challenged this, as the pregnancy and maternity exemption exists for a reason. The way the staff and management handled the situation was extremely disappointing. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they were defensive and rude throughout the process. Since then, I’ve received emails saying I’m overdue for a routine appointment. However, when I’ve tried to book, I’ve been told that "my dentist" no longer works there and that there are no appointments available — NHS or private. Given the circumstances, I genuinely believe I’ve been effectively blacklisted for raising a legitimate concern with them trying to charge me for a treatment which should be free. Absolutely shocking treatment from a healthcare provider.

As a anxious patient with a gap of more than 20 years seeing the dentist, to say I was worried about the appointment was an understatement. Geena was absolutely superb! She put me at ease and I managed both the initial appointment and a filling without any sedation. I really can't fault this practice at all. Thank you so much!

I needed several extractions and root treatments, and I recently had my new front teeth fitted with Dr Szabo at Queen Square Dental Practice, I couldn't be happier with the results. The initial consultation and the whole process was very thorough, they used a 3D scanner instead of messy impressions, which was a huge plus as I never quite coped with the old-style impressions. Ilina and Sally at reception were always helpful with finding available slots to fit my busy schedule and the whole process was straight forward. My new smile has given me so much confidence!

Queen Square Dental Practice provides an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Appointments are well organized and never feel rushed.

Writing on behalf of my husband. What a truly unprofessional experience. My husband had filled in all the necessary information and paperwork when registering inc medications (there are quite a lot) however when arriving for his appointment he was told there was a new form for him to fill out, it turns out it was the same form as they had lost all his details. Due to not having his glasses he was unable to fill out the form, no help or support was offered to assist him. The reception staff just continued to stare at him giving off an arrogant and recalcitrant persona. Needless to say he was unable to have his booked appointment, perhaps the staff who have the first contact with patients should be less apathetic and blasé.
