I feel so blessed now to have come to end of my treatment with an amazing experience with such amazing professional dentists and dental support. Kat and Ayushi and the team have created the smile I dreamed of with implants and clear correct aligners. I highly recommend it’s amazing what can be done now in dentistry with the right practice. Thanks Dora for all your help too and Fabio for making my new teeth.

Brilliant service from the team, everyone was very friendly and professional. When I told friends I was having root canal work and a crown everyone said oh painful but I must say I didn't feel a thing. Kat was amazing she explained everything step by step asking if I was OK and reassuring me, the numbing gel meant I didn't feel the injection. The whole process took a number of week to complete and it was so easy to book appointments and thank you to Dora for all her help.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The cyst removal took about 40 minutes, was not painful at all, and the recovery went exactly as smoothly as he explained before the procedure. During the procedure, he carefully described every step he was taking and made sure I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. I also can’t not mention the absolutely great service from Dora. She was so kind and patient with me, especially when I had doubts before the procedure. She was very professional and confident over the phone, and she and her team helped me find the right lab for testing after my mucocele was removed. Thank you all for such attentive, warm, compassionate, and professional care 🤍

I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. After a terrifying experience elsewhere, I had a real phobia of any dental treatment, and hadn't been to a dentist for 6 yrs, by which time my teeth were very sensitive, and i had convinced myself they would all need to come out. I was totally stressed. But then somebody recommended Italdent, as the perfect place for nervous patients. The first appointment was free, just to build my confidence by discussing my bad experience & fears, so they knew what I was dealing with, also to have a very basic check up to get used to having a couple of instruments in my mouth, knowing the drill was not coming anywhere near me! But also, being reassured enough to book for a proper check up with Xrays etc and formulate a treatment plan. Since then, I have had check ups, fillings and hygienist treatment, initially being numbed up to give me the confidence that there would be no pain, and now, I am happy just with numbing gel, which i would never have believed, but i now trust them that it will be ok. The whole team, including the lovely receptionist are very welcoming, and show full understanding of the challenges faced by those with a phobia, and even offer therapy for extreme cases. I no longer feel embarrassed in the slightest, and don't dread the appointment day approaching, or tremble as I walk through the door. Highly recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆

My whole experience at Italdent Dental care yesterday 11.12.2025 was 100% excellent. Dora has always been so very kind and caring on the phone and she was the same at reception yesterday Kateryna with her nurse were just fabulous. Kathryna was 100% professional and efficient. She explained everything very carefully so I felt completely secure and confident about the success of my procedure ... and it was successful. She was also extremely kind, caring with a lovely listening ear. Fabio has done a truly wonderful job adding a new tooth on my denture. It was all in all, a good experience I can't thank the four of you enough. An enormous thank you!!

I have found the dentist’s at ItalDent to be exceptional in their expertise and care and kindness. Dr Kat has been amazing with my complicated dental needs, always working for perfection in a dental caring and encouraging manner. Dr Lorenzo came in specially when Dr Kat was away and he treated my emergency before my hospital Orthopaedic unrelated surgery. Well what can I say about Dora !!! The most efficient kindest practice manager you could wish to meet. I FaceTimed timed her on a Sunday and she arranged urgent care for me prior to my unrelated orthopaedic surgery first thing on Monday a.m She even contacted Kat and Dr Lorenzo Sunday eve arranging early Monday am appointment. Thank you all at Ital Dent. An amazing team including the kind nurses and the cleaning staff the surgery is immaculately kept. A very grateful patient Marlene Wilton 😘😘😘
