Bupa Dental Care Basingstoke

After needing a tricky procedure and not a huge fan of going to the dentist, I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Everything was explained fully which put me at ease. Overall all the staff here are professional and caring. Would definitely recommend.

Although I moved away from the area 25 years ago I have remained with the Old Basing dental practise. Testimony enough to recommend them. Comfortable environment, modern equipment including CT scanners, efficient and cheerful reception staff, appointments on time and dentists / hygienists who talk you through every process. Honestly, I was really nervous going to see the dentist as I hadn’t seen one in over 12 years and I was so scared about the health of my teeth. However, the whole experience couldn’t have been better, even though the wait is long to get the initial consultation done when booking online, it was worth the wait as the staff were so incredibly kind and caring, I was looked after so well and my follow up appointments were booked within a week or so which was fantastic. I couldn’t fault this service. They are efficient and highly professional as well as really lovely. Highly recommend them!

I consider myself very lucky to have been referred to this practice for a root filling. The minute you walk through the door there is a sense of team spirit. The dentistry is excellent and… pain free!. Both my husband and I are now under the care of Adam Chapman and are more than happy with his thoroughness and expertise. This is a fantastic dentist practice. All my family is under the care of Adam Chapman and we couldn't be happier. He is very pleasant, highly competent and dedicated to maximum care with minimum intervention. Together with hygienists, dental nurses and receptionists they make a wonderful team. I have recommended this practice to family and friends.

Had 2 implants done with Raman and Adam here at Bupa and I got to say they did a fine and thorough work everything was explained well before and after the procedure . Staff here are friendly welcoming and always happy to help in booking appointments . My son who is 3 enjoys his visit with Neha . So yeah overall its a great place to get your smile back 😁
