Guinea Court Dental Surgery

Excellent service, friendly staff. I was a new patient and Jamie took the time to show me all of the X-rays and photos of my mouth and explained everything they showed up. My experience of a previous dentist is that they wanted you in and out as quickly as possible but this was not the case as Guinea Court, I did not feel at all rushed. Went away feeling well informed on the health of my teeth and the treatment that was needed going forward.

Had my first appt with Gcds and it could not have been more positive. After a negative experience with another dental surgery I came here on the recommendation of family and I'm glad I did. The dentist understood my reservations, explained things to me properly and we made a plan that was feasible and manageable. Definitely recommend if you don't feel listened to elsewhere.

I had a check up with Jamie Warnock today. He is great! Lovely manner. Been my dentist for years! Would 100% recommend him! Staff on the reception desk wonderful! Really welcoming & helpful. Over all Guinea Court Dental Surgery is the best in Basingstoke! Thank you All .

Fantastic! I have an irrational phobia of dentists so hadn’t been for a while and was DREADING it. I saw Jamie who was absolutely AMAZING. He listened to all my concerns and proceeded with what I was comfortable doing. I left feeling so much better, and am looking forward to seeing him again. The dental assistant (sorry didn’t get her name) was also so lovely, as were all the team I interacted with on reception. Thankyou so much for coping with my emotions. I thoroughly recommend this practice and Jamie based on this first visit 😊

All staff are really friendly and welcoming. Tom is brillant , thorough and easy to talk too, Super nurse Kelly is always fun but professional they both puts u at ease .

Extremely Happy with Guinea Court Dental Surgery. Everyone is always so friendly, which, sadly, I find quite rare when it comes to dentist surgeries. They are very flexible and often offer an appointment on the day. I would definitely recommend them. Richard, who is my dentist, makes the whole experience very relaxing. I wish I had found them sooner.

I had my First appointment here today and honestly I was terrified, the staff where incredible from that start, the two lovely receptionists made me feel at ease on arrival and the Hygienist and nurse kept me informed and calm the whole way through my appointment. So impressed, a massive change to the care I’ve received in the past, Already booked in for my next appointment! Thank you so much Team!
