Elmhurst Orthodontic Clinic

Currently towards the end of my journey with my braces and my experience from the beginning has been fantastic. Very thorough and professional at every appointment and the orthodontist has explained every step clearly. The staff are all lovely and super friendly too! Highly recommend Elmhurst to anyone looking to commence orthodontic treatment.

I had a consultation with Julie, a Treatment Coordinator, who provided a very detailed explanation and answered all my questions regarding my upcoming brace treatment. She was exceptionally helpful. I would highly recommend going to see Julie for a free consultation. I am looking forward to starting my treatment, and all the staff are extremely helpful, polite, and professional.

Right off the bat, the train track braces are poorly put on and feel cheap and stab directly into your gums. Some staff are nice but one person, is very rude, rough and will not care if he hurts you or not. he just wants your wallet at the end of the day. Braces are also just poorly put on. I've been on the waiting list for these thieves but now I just want to actually scream at them for asking 3 grand for a poor mans job. They are also terrible with organizing times. Terrible. I had to wait 6 months to even get checked up. For 10 bloody minutes. 10. just to be told to brush more even though I am as much as my body will allow. It doesn't feel professional nor great. it's a thieves den with underground level of treatment. right I'm done here. don't go here unless you want to have the feeling of wanting to absolutely punch someone right in the face. There is only ONE good thing that is the rest of the staff are lovely and decently chatty and some are really funny and gentle with others. While sadly ONE and damn well know he's gonna be reading it. Is a very rude man, It matters to at least connect with your patients so they feel more comfortable and will forgive you if there's a small mistake but again. mistakes especially on the human body is a big massive one and forgiving isn't free.

Overall, the service at this orthodontic clinic is decent, but the level of professionalism has been disappointing. I’ve been taking treatment here for two and a half years, and my case was initially described as uncomplicated—only requiring alignment of my lower teeth and correcting a single cross bite. However, progress has been extremely slow. It’s taken an unreasonable amount of time just to align four teeth and close the gap I got from an extraction. Until May of this year, appointments were scheduled every eight weeks, which feels inefficient and drags out the treatment unnecessarily. Only after my request—due to time constraints, did they increase the frequency to every two or three weeks. Because of these delays, I’ve had to extend my stay in the UK by at least an extra month just to complete the process. While the staff is friendly, the lack of timely progress has made this experience frustrating.

Basil did an amazing job on my teeth! Such a good experience overal, always on time, quick and simple! The nicest staff around and always have the warmed welcome off the receptionist ❤️ Wouldn’t have gone anywhere else for my treatment would highly recommend.

Very trustworthy and competent stuff, I absolutely adored friendly and honest attitude. I'm glad that after all the bad experience with other clinics, I have found the one ! Wish all the best to the stuff members there!
