Walking into this practice today was impressive. The entrance is small but I was just amazed at how big it is inside and with state of the art facilities. Staff were brilliant and the dentist Hannah was just wonderful. She spent so much time with me and looked through my xrays and OPG explaining everything in detail. I have never had this much person centred care from a dentist. I am really impressed and so grateful that we have this dental practice in Bangor, we are very lucky! Very highly recommend. I recently had an excellent experience at Bangor Dental Academy after being referred by my dentist due to ongoing pain. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled efficiently and professionally—I was seen promptly and had X-rays taken within minutes. Following the assessment, I was advised that my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted and was offered the option to have the procedure done immediately, which I really appreciated. The explanation of the treatment was clear and thorough throughout, helping me feel informed and at ease. Dr Taha was polite, enthusiastic, and reassuring, making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Although the procedure took a bit longer than expected due to the strength of my bone, I remained comfortable the entire time. I was kept informed and encouraged throughout, which made a huge difference. Lacy, the dental nurse, was also incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and well cared for during the procedure. After the treatment, I was given clear and detailed aftercare instructions, along with an information sheet to take home, which was very helpful. I truly can’t praise the service I received enough—professional, compassionate, and highly efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bangor Dental Academy to anyone in need of dental care.

Attended the practice as an emergency patient and honestly I’ve never felt so grateful. Everyone was beyond friendly, the dentist kept me fully informed, explaining every step thoroughly and alleviating all my anxiety, which is significant as my teeth have sadly been neglected for many years. Definitely helped overcome some historic fears. Cant thank you all enough. Very much appreciated.

If I could give more than five stars I would, the service is superb. I had multiple extractions of which I was a little apprehensive about, however my fears were unfounded as Dr Emily Luck extracted the teeth without any pain or discomfort in less time than the allocated appointment. I would certainly recommend this clinic.

This is the best dental practice around! My daughter is under Dr Danielle Moore, who has been fantastic for a very anxious 16year old girl. She went today for her last time until her check up in 6months and she didn’t cry. Danielle you are so patient and you have taken the time to explain everything to us. Thank you so so much xxx

Great customer service, clear duty of care for patients and were so polite and welcoming. Solved my issue within a day of phoning. Would highly recommend. Special mention to Dr Moore and her assistant for their great work.

It was a very pleasant experience, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. They thoroughly explained the procedure and made feel very comfortable in their ability to perform the procedure. Many thanks Lukas
