Went with a broken denture which was only 9 months old. Quite happy for me to have new denture until I said I'm now excempt from charges. Broken (very thin) denture has now been sent to be repaired. Watch this space......I don't expect it will last long. False (excuse the pun) economy in my opinion

Excellent service from start to finish receptionist Susan was very helpful with the booking process and was very polite and friendly l. dentist Anu was very kind to me as I’m very nervous and scared when visiting a dentist she put me at ease straight away and was very knowledgable and nurse Sam kept me calm throughout the process I cannot thank them enough and I will be returning

The lady on reception (I apologise I'm blanking on namss) is one of the most helpful and friendly people you could wish to deal with. The dentist I saw last was wonderful and put me at ease (I'm a very nervous patient). The service time again is fantastic and I cannot praise them enough.

I think I've had my final visit here now. Along with lengthy waits I've been seen by a very unhygienic dentist. Nice enough, but clearly has a cold and was messing with his mask, sniffing horribly and sneezed while inspecting my teeth. I feel horrid at the moment and am hoping I don't get ill!! If I do, I know where it has come from.

Not happy, worked on a crown and didn't fill the root canal properly. Ended up with 2 abcesses and in hospital with several antibiotics and I was so swollen I lookked like elephant man! The hospital clearly stated it was bad packing of the root canal. When I complained, she said she had to refer me to a specialist to fix this and she hasn't, it has been weeks and I am still waiting. I have phoned several time and she is never there to take my call. Maybe I need to escalade this to a legal team ...
