Good for emergency triage and finding immediate relief, but I was disappointed with the quality of the follow-up care. A filling done here was unfortunately below standard, as my new dentist later found caries remaining beneath it.

My personal experience of this practice has been very different from the previous reviews. Myself and my husband have been with them for 2 years. We have always had professional and friendly service, never had problems getting an appointment and always get a reminder of upcoming appointments by both text and phone call. We have had regular check ups and treatments including an filling, an extraction and a crown. As NHS patients the costs are reasonable. I would recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a dentist.

I would highly recommend this practice as I received excellent immediate treatment for my dental problem.

Awful experience. Had dental phobia to begin with and my teeth have gotten worse since visiting this dentist. Fillings falling out shortly after being put in, unnecessary holes drilled into my teeth that weren’t filled then got infected. Which caused me to have extractions. Was told if I paid over £400 for home whitening it would lift my stains and I was worried as I’d be out of pocket for the month. I was reassured it would work as my teeth aren’t stained. Used it for the length I was told and the amount for it not to work. Upon coming back he then told me he thought he wouldn’t work but wouldn’t hurt to try. So was purposely taking my money and not helping. Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely lovely experience! I have Olenka as my Dentist and she is great at explaining things to me & my options so I know exactly what I can do, what I have and where I can go with it. She makes visits the dentist enjoyable! The prices are pretty excellent as you only pay for the treatment you need and once you've paid it all, you don't receive any extra costs for the full length of that treatment, even if you have more appointments! Some of the staff know what they're doing but there are a lot of trainees which might worry some people, but I am confident they are receiving the correct training as the ones teaching them are excellent. Overall a great experience. I am sticking to this dentist for good!

My experiences have always been positive and more than good. Always happy with the service and I’ve been coming for years. My last few visits have been amazing. Helen, the receptionist is always friendly, polite, helpful and does her best to accommodate appt times. Thank Q Helen. This last set of visits I’ve needed a root canal plus crown. Firstly Thank Q to my dentist lady, Saima who has managed to save my tooth from extraction. I’m very grateful 🙏 What really struck me was the amount of work, effort and skill Samia puts in to doing this one job. Root Canal and crown doesn’t sound much but it’s incredibly complicated, with layers of different sections which needs to be done. And I suspect each patient’s situation is different as she assesses the best course of action. To me it’s not just a skill it’s an art form to make things fit and work. Thank Q. And then there’s Sam the Nurse, funny, chatty, took my mind off it a bit, explained what may happen in the next bit, ie, this may feel a bit uncomfortable, etc. between the 2 of them I felt they cared about me, my teeth, my well being and that I mattered. I liked how Saima explained what she was doing and why it had to be that way for me. I have nothing but praise for these ladies, and the practice. I feel safe and cared for in their hands. And thank you to the NHS the cheaper dentistry. It’s still a lot from my pocket, but I appreciate the skill and expertise we are paying for. Thank you ADP you’re the Tops for me. 🧡🌸🧡
