Dr Bob is absolutely fantastic—he is always thorough, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me complete confidence in my treatment. What really sets this practice apart is the people. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome from the reception team, making every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The hygienist is also wonderful—kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough, always making sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointment. The whole team goes above and beyond to make patients feel valued and cared for. It’s clear that everyone genuinely takes pride in providing exceptional care, and that personal touch makes all the difference. I attended a hygienist appointment yesterday and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service I received . From the moment I walked in the doors, I was immediately made to feel at ease by both Sophie and Saskia on reception. They were very professional but also made me feel welcome. The place inside is so beautifully designed and immaculate, with everything you need to give you the best possible experience. Kat the dental therapist was absolutely amazing. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist and have always struggled with anxiety when going and Kat made all my worries disappear as soon as I sat in the chair. She explained the whole process of cleaning my teeth and checked on me throughout, to ensure I was comfortable. It was also a lovely added touch of having a huge television on the ceiling to distract me! I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs and I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. Thank you for helping me get over my fears and providing such a lovely experience!

Butterfly Dental Care are always incredibly friendly and professional from the moment you walk through the door. All of the staff are warm, welcoming, and friendly, which immediately puts you at ease. They take the time to clearly discuss all treatments and options, and the surgery itself is beautifully decorated, creating such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I always leave feeling well looked after and very happy with the care I’ve received.
