Grays Dental Care

I was a patient of Grays many years ago and circumstances brought me back.All the staff are so helpful and a huge " Thankyou" to Maryam my dentist who has done fantastic work on a root canal for me and today a very quick extraction ( I had been nervous all was good in the end)Many thanks.

I’ve been a patient at Grays Dental Care for 5 months now and recently had my first Dental and Hygiene appointments. I had such a great experience, it doesn’t even feel like I was at the dentist everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend.

I have meant to write a review for ages and finally getting round to it! I have been a patient at Grays for more years than I can remember. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation. As someone who gets very anxious about attending a Dentist I cannot compliment Simon, Alex, the Reception Staff and the Dental Nurses highly enough. They are all professional, friendly, engaging and welcoming. Even though we have moved over 20 miles away both my partner and I continue to rely on them for great service.

Simon Anderton, the dentist, is just great; caring and reassuring throughout the treatment(s) and very knowledgeable. I had 2 implants fitted and throughout the whole journey, the care and professionalism was of the highest standard. Exceptional service from this Practice. I have a long history with Grays Dental going back over a decade. They were fantastic and provided excellent dental care to a family member. I started using Grays as a very nervous patient because of previous issues with another dentists. Simon and his team took on board my issues and took extra time reassure me. As a result, my wife, two daughters, son-in-law have all decided to use Grays. I really can't rate them highly enough.

I have been a patient here for a number of years, having been at a few practices before. I'm very pleased with the service. I go for my six monthly check-ups, and Simon keeps me informed with regards to any issues which may arise in the future, but invariably "we'll keep an eye on it" is as far as it goes - I have never once thought he would recommend an intervention unless it was necessary and in my best interests. My wife and sons attend here also. Thoroughly recommend.

To be honest, I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve had some really bad experiences throughout the years. My Dad took me to Greys when I was experiencing really bad pain and no dentist was listening. I’m not scared of going to see Simon, he is always really calm and takes his time with whatever procedure he is doing. Best dentist I have ever seen, hands down. The hygienists are incredible too, Alex especially. I’ve been going to Greys for about 8 years and have no intention of going anywhere else.
