Love this practice. Mr Kumar treats all 4 of my children and personally I’ve had a fantastic experience with Mrs Kumar and more recently Helin, the hygienist. She’s been amazing. Talked everything through with me clearly and helped me get back on top of my gum management with a kind empathetic approach. I grew up in the 80s absolutely petrified of the regular dentist visits…The lovely staff in Ellesmere well and truly put that fear to bed! And my kids love going!

Excellent dentist and a fantastic head receptionist who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The reception team were good and professional. Very happy with the service overall and would highly recommend this practice.

I'm a South African who recently moved to the UK and was a bit nervous to find my "new local dentist". From entering the building, I was welcomed with a big smile and a friendly face at the reception. The dentists and his assistant were extremely kind, caring, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything in such detail and made me aware of everything they were doing as we went on. I am happy to say that I have definitely found my new dentists, and dental practice. I have been a private patient of Dr Flattery for over five years. I have always received friendly, prompt treatment and practical advice. Dentist and hygienist always discuss the procedures and expected outcome. Having been a patient here for several years, it has just occurred to me that I no longer dread dental appointments. My nervousness, fostered since childhood, has completely evaporated! Examinations and treatments are gentle, effective and comfortable always. Reception staff are professional and friendly. Such a professional, yet extremely caring team. I do panic a little bit about going to the dentist and I'm made to feel so comfortable. The dentists are extremely knowledgable in their field. Also the reception staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Couldn't recommend the surgery more.
