South Normanton Dental Practice

I overheard reception staff taking calls from people wanting to make or change appointments and was impressed by the kind, patient way they spoke. In the past I have seen Suhael and today my check-up appointment today was with Shahzad. The two of them are the most thorough, caring dentists I have ever had appointments with! My concerns, although only minor, were heard and dealt with. I was completely at ease.

Everyone was lovely, from the welcome at the beginning to the paying and re-booking at the end. I am very nervous when I go to the dentist but both the dentist and the nurse were amazing with me. Professional, kind and considerate. My best experience of a dentist as an adult.

Ive been a patient at this practice for many years . The Receptionists are warm , kind and professional .My dentist here is amazing!He has a lovely manner that puts you at ease . I'd lost a white filling at the front and it looked a mess and was ruining my confidence .He made it look perfect , completely natural and I left with my smile back . So pleased !

Really lovely practice staff all seem happy and have a smile. As new patients my husband and I felt welcomed and were met by two smiling receptionists who were very pleasant and upbeat. Our dentist and dental nurse were the same, we were made to feel in control of our appointment and were given choices regarding how our treatment would progress. Very happy with our new practice and would highly recommend 😀

I see a fantastic dentist who is very thorough and kind. He gives me great advice and is caring. I am pleased when he walks around the corner and calls my name. I haven’t had any experience with the others so I’m not saying that they are not as nice or as good as the one I have. I did have to wait a while for turn as he was running late. But I understand because he does a thorough job and a simple check up could turn out to be something else. The staff in reception are friendly and booked me in for a further appointment to accommodate my working hours. I would highly recommend this practice.

After neglecting my dental care for some years I was apprehensive about my treatment. However, i knew I couldn't put it off any more. Shahzad was very professional and spoke with care and gave an honest treatment plan with many options, I felt relaxed and at ease. I went for an examination only but he was very careful and made sure not to prod aggressively and that my teeth weren't to sensitive, continually asking if I felt any pain. The receptionist was very helpful and went over everything again before I left and was patient when I took forever to fill in my information on arrival. Very good experience overall.

Excellent Dental Practise. I can’t recommend Sam enough. Extremely professional, explains the procedures before he starts. Talks you through what he’s doing. Very reassuring. The receptionist and dental nurses are very efficient and friendly.
