Very good, efficient, effective service. The people on reception are very good at their job. In the dental surgery the team were excellent. They explained what they were doing, did exactly that and then explained what they had done and what I needed to do. They made me comfortable, were friendly and reassuring. Just what I want.

What a fabulous experience very friendly and dealt with lovely real people. To say I am normally a nervous person when going into the dentist after previously bad experiences they put me at ease and explained in detail. Highly recommend. Was worth the wait to get in! 🤩 Thank you Helen

I have always been a little nervous about going to see the dentist. When I visited I felt at ease as everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was able to discuss with me the best methods of oral hygiene. I had a fantastic scale and polish. Reception staff were very helpful too.

The dentist I saw was Ashleigh and she was lovely. I'm a bit nervous when I visit the dentist, but Ashleigh put me at my ease and was very calm. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The surgery had all the latest equipment and is spotlessly clean. I hope I get to see Ashleigh again as I seem to see a different dentist every time I visit.

throughout the appointment I was made to feel very comfortable. Received a lovely warm greeting from reception on arrival. Then throughout my appointment the dentist and her assistant chatted making me feel relaxed. Surroundings have been updated making the dental surgery look very professional. Thank you.

I had an appointment today with Nadia. As someone who hasn’t seen a dentist for about 15 years I was a bit nervous however I needed have been, she explained everything she was doing before she did anything. Both Nadia and the nurse were really chatty and friendly. The room doesn’t have that typical clinical smell either which makes a pleasant change. Plus as a wheelchair user and someone with limited mobility they were both patient and offered assistance. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
