My daughter received her braces treatment at Refine Orthodontists, and the entire team has been fantastic from start to finish. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and every stage of the treatment was explained clearly and thoroughly. Their communication is excellent, with appointment reminders sent by text, email, and phone, which makes everything easy to manage. The reception staff are always welcoming, friendly, and highly efficient. The quality of the dental work has been outstanding, and we have been extremely pleased with the care and professionalism shown throughout. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

As of yet my autistic son has had 2 visits, the next one will be to have his braces fitted. But such a friendly atmosphere and you are made to feel at ease and welcome. Keep up the excellent work.

A really friendly dentist who are very welcoming reassuring and very good! The dentist is clean, organised and all the staff are very helpful. The appointments are very informative and they answer all your questions whilst having a very friendly approach to explaining everything when I ask questions - even the daft ones. They also take an interest in the patient too which is a lovely personal touch!

I came in for a tooth extraction and I have a negative history with dental work. Gurd and Jazmine made my extraction process so much more comforting and an all round much more bearable experience. Would highly recommend these two in particular to anyone who needs dental work doing. Especially if you're nervous about it!

My 2 children have attended 2 different orthodontists for their braces and we've had such contrasting experiences! Refine Dental Care in Alfreton are fantastic, their communication is spot on, with text, email and phone reminders for appointments, welcoming and very efficient reception staff, and the efficiency and organisation of the dental work is excellent. The team are welcoming, reassuring, and communicate the care plan really well. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Came today for a tooth extraction. Always a worry and im not great with these things but I couldnt have been in better hands. Everyone was so friendly and the dentist was amazing. Never felt a thing even the injections where painless and it was out in 2 seconds amazing. He spoke to me all the way through couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend.

I recently received treatment here & I found it to be an excellent experience. Everyone is SO nice warm & friendly. I wasn`t looking forward to the injection to numb my mouth, but I barely felt a thing.It was over in seconds. And all I heard was a slight crunch & the broken tooth was out! All over with before I had time to worry about anything. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental nurse to the dentist were lovely & kind and so friendly. The only negative about my visit was I found out the dentist supported Argentina in the last world cup.But hey, nobody`s perfect! Of course, I`m only joking! I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
