I brought my son to mydentist and we had an appointment with Maryam. She was absolutely amazing, kind, professional, and very polite throughout. My son has a learning disability, and Maryam was incredibly patient, taking the time to make him feel comfortable and supported during the appointment. Even though the appointment took longer than expected and delayed the next patient, she never rushed us and went above and beyond to ensure my son received the best care possible. She also carried out a tooth extraction with great skill, causing as little discomfort as possible. I am extremely grateful for the care and understanding she showed, and I would highly recommend both Maryam and this dental practice to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care.

I don’t think anyone enjoys the dentist but I have only ever had positive experiences at My Dentist Oswaldtwistle. The reception staff especially Barbara are always friendly and efficient. A couple of years ago, I fell and knocked my two front teeth out but when I arrived at the clinic with them in milk, they really put me at ease and thanks to Miguel, the teeth are still in place. He is such a love friendly and reassuring person that going to the dentist isn’t too bad

Always have a positive experience here, and my last appointment was no exception. I've developed a neurological condition called Burning Mouth Syndrome, which I've had to explain to multiple doctors who believed it to have an oral cause. Miguel immediately knew what BMS was, and displayed knowledge that really made me feel understood and heard. I had a standard check up this time, I was called in a minute early and was out quickly with no issues, would highly recommend this practice.

Terrible experience. I only come to this place for my 1 yr old son. The first time I came the systems were down so had to wait 40 minutes to be seen which is a very long time to be waiting with a toddler. Second time round I was 5 minutes late for my appointment with my toddler, and the dentist, Maryam, had already put him down as ‘not attended’ and saw the next patient - when their appointment time hadn’t even started. I did not get a phone call to ask whether I was still coming from reception, I was only a few minutes late because difficult to find parking in this area. I am extremely unhappy about this that Maryam couldn’t even wait a few minutes (knowing it’s an appointment for a toddler). And that she saw the next patient so quickly before that persons appointment time had even begun! Was a complete waste of journey and time. All in all complete lack of consideration and communication. Rubbish dentist, not worth the time I am adding this part to confirm it is Oswaldwistle practice my dentist I am referring to. You can’t find my details as like I clearly said above - my son is a patient here. My 1 year old son. Not me.

As always I found the administration staff friendly, courteous and efficient ,even though the computers were at times failing. This did not phase the admin who continued using paper and pen. Our dentist Miguel was five star and as usual . Very friendly and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to visit My dentist. Thankyou

Hopeless - cancel appointments within an hour of the time. Its like everybodys first day every time you deal with them. Had a response saying im not a patient - correct, i was reviewing my childrens appointment, I stand by it.
