📍 Invisalign dentists in Accrington

7.2

Park House Dental in Accrington offers a range of dental services, including Invisalign treatments. The practice is known for its friendly and efficient staff, who strive to make patients feel comfortable. Many patients appreciate the NHS-level pricing and the overall quality of care, particularly highlighting the expertise of Dr. Sepehr Sadeghpour. The clinic is well-regarded for its professionalism and dedication to patient wellbeing.

However, some patients have reported inconsistent service quality and unexpected fees, which can detract from the overall experience. While the reception staff are generally praised for their courtesy, there have been instances of miscommunication and abrupt fee changes. Despite these issues, Park House Dental remains a popular choice for those seeking affordable and effective dental care.

I haven't had a dentist for over 5years. I was terrified to go as my teeth were so bad.. The staff were absolutely brilliant I cannot fault them. They made me feel at ease all the time. So glad I have found a really good dentist.

A complete disgrace from start to finish. I was drawn in by what was presented as NHS-level pricing, only to discover this was completely misleading. Treatments that should have been properly carried out, such as crowns, were deliberately avoided. Instead, I was subjected to repeated root canal work (four times on the same teeth!) followed by temporary fillings, clearly to keep costs down on their side while pushing inferior care. Midway through treatment, they suddenly scrapped the agreed reduced pricing and effectively trebled their fees. This feels nothing short of deceptive changing the terms once you’re already committed and vulnerable and no notice just when you turn up your TOLD accept it or GET OUT. The standard of care is appalling. This is not professional dentistry; it’s rushed, substandard work driven by a "stack them high" business model. Patient wellbeing is clearly not the priority profit is. To make matters worse, they are actively targeting new patients outside the area with leaflet drops, which says everything about how they operate. I would strongly advise anyone to stay well away. This practice should not be allowed to continue operating in this way. DO NOT USE.

Incredibly awful. The dental staff they have there are pretty much students who have no clue. I had an impacted wisdom tooth, paid around £40 for a checkup and this tooth had to be removed but the 20 or so year old dental staff did a 20 second check on it and said it needs to be removed but I’m too scared to take it out as it may affect a nerve and we don’t want to be liable. I paid £40 for a 20 year old to do a 20 second check up and tell me this nonsense. My 2 year old niece could’ve touched my tooth with a Lego set and told me the same for 5p. This was horrible. Waste of money. No refunds. The staff they have there are clueless. The receptionists are lovely though.

Thought the lass who spoke to me on reception was rather rude. I couldn’t book another appointment because I couldn’t place a deposit and she looked at me like shit to be quite truthful . This is After threatening me over the phone with bailiffs a few month’s prior because I missed a check up which I rang in advance to cancel as I’d lost my job. So I payed the charge this morning and the charge for an examination even though I asked for a tooth extraction. Be changing dentist 100%

Awaful i booked an appointment for review on 26 of feb and on same day i requested to change it , they rescheduled it aswell , next day i had severe pain for went to clinic they said it would be £29 for emergency and &29 for missed appointment, i said but it has been re scheduled! They said but still its an missed appointment so they charged me total £58 after examination doctor didn’t charged me because it was just a review , and then receptionist told me doctor didnot charged you but your missed appointment payment is £50 , so we will refund you £8 ! They just penalised me , and they did not refund even £8 , they should have told me over phone that we are changing appointment but but we will charge you . It was awfull experience

Great dental practice, very efficient and friendly. Prices match NHS which is great. I travel quite a way to go to their surgery, well worth it.
