Oak House Dental Centre -

Had an appointment this morning I have major anxiety about dentists and was dreading going but was put at ease straight away when I got there to being in the actual room, cannot at all fault the dentist herself and her assistant who took extra precautions knowing I was anxious from the get go, very caring and explained everything to the maximum, would highly recommend for anxious visitors! Amazing experience.

Cannot fault!! Had a tooth out the other day! I’ve never met such a lovely dentist before. Made me feel so comfortable and was helpful. Wish I could be a full time patient as these are great! Thank you for making me feel at ease 😁

From reception to practice room the all staff was very kind, friendly and supportive. Specifically thanks to that very good and skillful dentist lady who operated me.

I went for an emergency appointment. As a nervous patient I was dreading going. From start to finish, the treatment I received was excellent. The receptionist was lovely, chatting with me. The dentist was calm an reassuring. The dental nurse was the same. Highly recommend Oak House, just wish they were taking patients on.

After having toothache for about a week, rung up Friday morning and got an appointment for 12.30!! Absolutely brilliant staff on reception and the 2 ladies who did the procedure nasim and louise!! WOW thank you, I was absolutely bricking it but they both made the whole thing soo much better!! Thanks for your care and hospitality, credit to the NHS having staff like this!!

Absolutely amazing. Came in with my 2year old the lady on reception was amazing she handed my son a paper and crayons which kept him occupied. She was very polite and it’s been quiet a while I have seen someone with such great character. If management is reading this such positive attitude should be rewarded and appreciated as people like this in this world are very rare to find.
