Queens Cross Dental

I was delighted with the service provided by Queens Cross. The staff were friendly, welcoming and thoroughly professional. Everything about my procedure was explained to me including the cost. I also loved the very modern looking premises, which were beautifully clean. Full marks to all at the Practice!

I was having an issue with pain in one of my premolars. Nothing showed up on the xrays that were done at my local dentist so I was referred to Dr. Rahman. He did a very thorough search and found a nearly invisible crack across the tooth. He did a repair at another appointment and I am pain free! Everyone at the practice were kind and I am very happy with the work they have done.

My English isn't very good, so I used my phone's translator to communicate with the doctor, which seemed kind of funny. But Dr. Debbie Thomson and her assistant were very patient in communicating with me about the treatment options. They were also very gentle during the treatment, and there was no pain after the anesthesia wore off. It was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend this clinic.

I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel so welcome. The receptionists were warm, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The nurses were just as lovely—personable, professional, and always ensuring I was comfortable. The practice itself is spotless, with a great atmosphere that puts you at ease. As for Debbie—she is simply incredible! I had teeth whitening and composite bonding done, and she completely exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and level of care are second to none. She genuinely takes the time to perfect your smile, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! If you’re looking for a dental practice with an amazing team, top-quality care, and a welcoming environment, this is the place to go!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff for booking appointments. My dentist Dr Rafferty is very good at doing the dental health checks and explaining results and required follow-ups. Hygienist Dr Charles is also very competent and makes this apparently scary experience of teeth and gums cleaning an easy one. Since it is run by Bupa, it is cashless if your insurance covers dental. Practice facility is located in convenient place 10 mins walk from city centre and very clean. Just keep in mind that parking is at the back side. Highly recommended and very professional dental practice.

Had a great first appt with dental hygienist Nicola. She made me feel really at ease and comfortable despite my really not liking to go to dentists. The reception / front desk staff were also super friendly.

I recently changed dentist and I was pretty nervous before my appointment, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist, Saffron, who was very welcoming which settled me down a lot. I was then called through for my appointment with Julie Rafferty and she was just amazing. I was made to feel so relaxed and I very nearly forgot I was at the dentist at all. Both her and her dental nurse, Nicole, are a massive credit to the practice and I cannot recommend them enough to anybody else in my position. Thank you so much!
