Carden Place Dental Practice Ltd

I have come here for over 3 years as have a number of my family members. They have taken an excessive amount of money from us over the years. After getting my stainless steel permanent retainer fitted which was supposed to last over 5 years, it had broke a month from getting them. I have had one previously to this which lasted almost 10 years. Given the situation, i have been trying to get this replaced for over a year. However, they have been booking me in over and over for assessments that have costed me over £160, and eventually when i had expressed my frustration, the dentist himself (Chris) responded in the vilest manner I have ever been treated as if he was my teacher in a primary school. I’m not sure if it is his age that is getting to him of if he has always been this rude to all of his customers but he must learn to assess the situations clearly himself before speaking down on people like this. His dental skills are inadequate and decides to use cheap materials to gain himself the most profit. Even the basic scaling techniques is the worst I have ever seen missing obvious stains in between the front teeth. I will never come here again, and this also goes for the rest of my family members and friends. Well done mr dentist, your aggressive attitude and lack of composure just cost you 6 people.

On honeymoon, and broke a filling causing a jaggy edge to cut my tongue. Carden Place Dentist gave me an emergency appointment, within the hour this morning & fixed it up in jig time. No more pain. I cannot thank you enough. Excellent service. 5 stars. Thank you

One of the best practices in Scotland. I had Michal remove a molar yesterday, he is a great dentist. Good job Michal, I still feel indebted to you. Reception staff and waiting rooms are both welcoming and pleasing.

I needed to have a crown recemented, and it was not replaced properly. The crown was then ground down to the tooth and I am still unable to put my teeth together properly. I will need to have it removed and replaced. The clinic charged me for this and the dentist just commented that the crown was symmetrical and so difficult to determine the correct position. Perhaps placing the crown back on the tooth before cementing and then asking me to close my mouth to ensure a proper fit would have been sensible.

Excellent Dental Practice and as mentioned above, Ania is a wonderful girl and brilliant dental surgeon, Ania has also made me feel very welcome since she started working there and long may it continue. The reception staff are also out of the top drawer when it comes to helpfulness. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recentally had my roote canal done at the practice and it was a very good experience. I got greated by very nice and helpfull staff and the doctor explained to me a whole procedure in detail. The treatment plan was put in place for me and the pain went away super quicky with a help of the specialists in the practice. I highly recomend comming back as service and patient care was just superb

Michal Conducted my appointment today and again gave some good advice. After years of worrying about treatment I can be positive in the knowledge that I get a professional and understanding service.
