I may not have left with exactly the treatment I thought I wanted, but I absolutely left with the treatment and plan I needed. I went in with a rushed idea of the end goal and was probably trying a little too hard to self-prescribe my own pathway 😄, but my dentist took a calm, measured, and holistic approach throughout. They carefully assessed everything, liaised with the orthodontist, and explained the clinical reasoning behind each stage clearly and compassionately. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to rush into unnecessary treatment. Instead, a structured and cost-effective plan was created in a way that feels realistic, safe, and manageable over time. Also, a special mention to the receptionist today, who honestly may be the heartbeat of the practice. She is consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to patients. You can tell she makes a genuine effort to know people by name, and that kindness sets the tone from the moment you walk through the door.

Wonderful dental practice. From the time you walk in where you are welcolmed by the lovely receptionist Danielle who makes you feel very comfortable and offers of tea, coffee etc. I found her to be a very nice young lady. I was then welcomed into the surgery by Adam again a very nice young man, he put me at ease immediately and talked me through options that were open to me. He gently examined me and then spoke at length about my possible dental treatment, and kept asking me if I had any questions which was very reassuring, he gave me an estimate of the cost of my treatment and there was no pushing for me to go ahead. I decided to go ahead and I could not be happier with the treatment I have had up to now, fantastic work and a very patient Adam where nothing is too much trouble for him. Would HIGHLY recommend

Had various treatment done; from a challenging tooth extraction, emergency root canal & routine hygenist appointments & all have been performed to the highest standard. I was absolutely terrified of getting a root canal (to the point I would phone up receptionist Danielle for reassurance!) after having a bad experience in the past but the procedure was second to none, Rachel put me at ease, explained everything clearly and is so thorough. I’ve seen Jodie, Gamze & Danielle & all hygienists have been lovely. Everything is well explained, nothing is too much of a challenge & every single procedure has been carried out to the highest level.

Absolutely amazing experience. Firstly, I was impressed by the place - it’s really stylish. Actually, the first thing that surprised me was availability of next-day emergency appointment, but probably I’m still impressed by waiting area’s atmosphere. The receptionist was very welcoming and explained to me everything I asked her about. Dentist William was really supportive and highly skilled, so my emergency problem, that really scared me, has been treated within 40 minutes. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Had a fantastic experience at Andrew Scott Dental Care today. I saw the hygienist Jodie for a deep clean and she was so attentive and gentle. My teeth feel amazing. Can't recommend this practice enough. Thank you!

This was my first time coming to this practice and I was made to feel so welcome by everyone. The level of service from reception to the clinicians was excellent.The professional yet relaxed atmosphere is the perfect balance. Adam took time to really understand my concerns, offer his expert advice and think about an appropriate dental care which felt collaborative. Highly recommend!

Great patient service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have anxiety visiting the dentist and I was completely relaxed as soon as they started and felt great when done. They made everything so comfortable and easy.
