Whitcombe Dental Centre - Aberdare

The dental practise had been updated. Clean and modern. The Check up was on time and the dentist was friendly and helpful. Tge dental nurse was also welcoming. A new appointment was given but every two years now f a checkup.

First appointment as a new patient and have received outstanding, quick treatment from dentist. Lovely friendly staff. Warm feeling puts us anxious ones at ease! Thank you!

I had my first review today. Staff were very nice and helpful. All smiles. The dentist himself was lovely telling me exactly what he was doing. If you can get in to this dentist I highly recommend them 👌

We attended the dentist as a family. My wife and five year old son. My son confessed to being nervous before attending. The dentist was welcoming, human and took an interest in him. He was put at his ease and found the consultation interesting rather than something to be fearful of. The dentist managed myself and my wife well too :). Would recommend.

I recently visited Whitcombe Dental for a tooth extraction. After several months of trying to save the tooth, it was ultimately decided that removal was necessary. The speed and efficiency of the extraction were unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Having had two previous extractions elsewhere, I can honestly say the care and professionalism were first class.

Had an emergency appointment at this practice and I must admit the staff were all lovely. The extraction itself wasn't too pleasant but that's my issue not theirs. On the whole, a positive experience. I'd recommend this practice.

Went to this dentist for years. On occasion I haven’t found the receptionist to be particularly friendly. Hygienist expensive at £90 and implied numbing would cost extra when the scale hurt. I now have major anxiety about having my teeth cleaned. I’ve changed to an another dentist that uses Denplan which is £13pm. This includes check up and two hygienist appointments a year. They offer numbing (gel or injection) at no extra cost and are very friendly.
