I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the excellent care I received during my recent visit. I truly appreciate your professionalism, patience, and the way you clearly explained each step of the procedure. Specially thank you to the muslim lady dr she made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the appointment. Your friendly and supportive approach, along with your team’s kindness, made the entire experience very pleasant. I am grateful for the high standard of care you provide. Thank you again for your dedication and outstanding service.

If going to the dentist can be counted as a pleasurable experience, then mine yesterday was certainly that. I was seen promptly, my dentist explained exactly what she was going to be doing, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. She then filled a tooth from which I'd lost the original filling, and extracted a troublesome back tooth. Throughout the proceedure, she was gentle, giving me updates on what she was doing, and she carried out the procedure with great efficiency. A really positive experience.

I can’t thank Smart Smiles Dentist enough for the care they gave me. I went in with a lot of pain and was honestly really struggling, but they sorted me out quickly and professionally. The staff were kind, understanding, and made me feel at ease straight away. The treatment was done smoothly, and the relief afterwards was unbelievable. I’m really grateful for how well they looked after me — highly recommend to anyone who’s nervous or in pain!

My dad was unsble to fill out a questionnaire on the phone or computer as he is not computer literate and was told go attend the appointment on the 6th may and thdy would help him . He attended the appointment they told him to complete the form on a pad/screen he told them he was unable to use the technology and didnt have his reading glasses anyway . The female refused to help him and said she was not allowed to help him . Another female .said try it try it . He needed help and was refused help . NOT everyone in their 70's are able to use the technology . Hows about your staff have some customer service training be more helpful , patient and compassionate . Its a sure way to get rid of your nhs patients after being with the same dentist for 40 years . Disgraceful shame on you.

I had a very positive experience. The whole procedure was completely painless, for both my filling and Wisdom tooth extraction. The Dentist was very professional and explained each step clearly. I felt relaxed throughout the entire visit and couldn't have asked for better care.

Friendly response on the phone when booking an appointment. Appointment on time and excellent treatment by the dentist- friendly, explained the process and invited me back if any issues with the filling.

Had an extraction done with smart smile aberdare and they always have alot of patience and always make sure you're okay. Best dentist I've ever been to.
