Townley Dental Practice

Used to be a fantastic practice, however since the pandemic, they have taken to cancelling the morning of the appointment (usually around 7.30 am) with no reason given, other than the dentist isn’t able to come in that day. This has happened to me personally 3 times now and I have heard similar accounts from other people. Furthermore, they still sent me an invoice by post for the yearly membership fee, even though it had not been possible for me to attend any check ups due to the fact that they kept cancelling! When I voiced my opinion on the matter in response to another thread on social media, I received a letter telling me I was no longer welcome at the practice! It seems as though they feel they have the right to give poor service, however the paying customers do not have the right to complain!

Excellent Dentist. This was our first time going to Townley Dental Practice and David and his team treated us very well. I would recommend this practice to anyone and although private it was well worth the money.

Absolutely brilliant would never go to any other dentist makes you feel relaxed and at ease,I have always been very nervous going to the dentist and would put of going but David is brilliant as are all his staff ......
