Attended to get composite bonding done to my previously ugly and stained gnashers. The results were fantastic and the cost was really competitive. Kelly did the procedure and was lovely from start to finish. I’d strongly recommend this surgery which I’ve used now for a couple of years and have always been really happy with the results. If you are nervous of the dentist (which I am not) I can only imagine that Kelly would create a calm and reassuring atmosphere with her down to earth and likeable character.

I had a hygienist appointment this morning with Emily and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. The reception staff were lovely and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The practice itself is bright, clean, and beautifully presented — the flower arch at the entrance is such a nice touch and makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Parking was easy right outside, which is always a bonus. Emily was fantastic — so warm, caring, and friendly. She took the time to give really helpful advice without making it feel overwhelming, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m actually looking forward to going back, which is not something I’d usually say about a dental visit! I’d highly recommend this practice.

The practice was very busy today, involving delays. Both my hygiene and check-up appointments were about 20 minutes late, but they kept me informed and were apologetic, so it was fine. Time problems were very regular at every single practice I attended in Sussex, and this was only the second time they haven’t been on time in my 6 years as their patient. As always, the surgery was very clean and the staff very considerate and efficient, keeping me informed about the teeth and offering advice and tips for best dental care.

Had my first appointment today. A lovely friendly welcome. Mo, the dentist and Annabelle the nurse were very kind and put me at ease. Highly recommended!

I had a great appointment which i was able to obtain quickly with the staff who are all so very professional and friendly. I was seen by Kelly who totally put me at ease and explained everything to me in a way that I understood rather than a lot of technical talk. I felt very relaxed and instead of being nervous about my next visit i feel very happy and calm. Thank you Kelly and everyone i spoke with.

Appointment today with Kelly and the team for a check up and filling. As ever, the reception team were very welcoming and professional and the whole practice is always fresh, bright and hygienic. Once into the treatment room, any nerves or apprehension are quickly subdued by Kelly’s reassuring tones and step by step explanation of what she will be doing during your treatment aided by her lovely dental assistants. An absolute gem of a dental practice (and much more besides I should add) for patients of all ages, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you again to all the team. Joan

Ive been with this practice for over 10 years Kelly is absolutely amazing I have many problems with teeth and gums and she always knows what to do giving me confidence and making my teeth look amazing ive recently had work on my gums and mouth with very nasty lumps which Kelly removed painlessly and it all looks brilliant thankyou Kelly I can recommend the perfect dentist surgery. Now my grandson comes to Kelly and he loves her he feels really comfortable and enjoys his visits what little person says that about a dentist i would also like to say thankyou to Sonia my hygenist who is also amazing she is so gentle when cleaning my teeth they always look and feel brilliant such an amazing team team of ladies and of course the ladies on reception who are absolutely lovely
