The Dental Centre

Booted me out without telling me because I didn't book an appointment in 2 years, had absolutely no clue this was a rule and only found out when I desperately needed an appointment for a filling and they told me I'd been removed from the system. The dentist said he'd agree to sign me back up and when I was 10 minutes late due to a mix up with the time I had written down the front desk staff told me I had been kicked out again and should have been grateful I'd been given a second chance in the first place. Again, a second chance for something I had absolutely no clue about and had not been notified of at any point! I am autistic and this has been my dentist since I was a child. I have never been anything else and need my safe spaces and routines when it comes to medical things which are insanely stressful for me. I am absolutely devestated, this has torn me to pieces. I now can't find anywhere else accepting patients, am stuck in pain and unable to sleep due to the lack of a mouth guard which causes me chronic migraines and jaw pain because of teeth grinding. I don't know what to do.

Have been so embarrassed about my teeth for years . Esme recommended I see Matt I have had to pay for composite bonding but I am really happy with results.Matt and his nurse made me so at ease . .

Have had nothing but positive experiences here, nothing that I could fault at all. The standard of clinical care is great, staff are pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a same day emergency appointment when I needed it when other private clinics were advising me of a months wait. I’ve tried a number of dentists around the local area and this for me has been the best locally by far. Highly recommend them.

Could not praise my dentist Matt more, he makes you feel at ease and is super friendly and chatty. He tells you what he's doing as he's doing it and tells you all the options when work needs done. Receptionists are always friendly and got me booked in straight away when I needed an emergency appointment recently.

I have used this surgery regularly for 20 years without a single negative issue. All of the staff that I've dealt with are competent and friendly. There's also a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. You are never made to feel like just another mouth in the chair. I usually see Mr Khanna who always takes the time to explain procedures and options, he is very diligent. I recommend The Dental Centre
