Browns' Dental Surgery
📍 Invisalign dentists in Washington
Browns' Dental Surgery in Washington offers a blend of Invisalign treatments and general dentistry, catering to patients seeking modern, discreet orthodontics alongside routine care. Their approach emphasizes accessibility, particularly in urgent situations, where flexibility and timely intervention have proven critical for some. The practice prioritizes a welcoming atmosphere, with staff noted for their friendliness and patient-centered demeanor, fostering a comfortable environment even during busy periods.
While the clinic demonstrates responsiveness in emergencies—such as last-minute adjustments for weddings—their efficiency in routine procedures and long-term treatment reliability has occasionally fallen short. Delays in follow-ups and administrative hurdles, including appointment availability and staffing constraints, suggest room for improvement in operational consistency. For those prioritizing proactive dental care, clear communication and streamlined processes remain key areas to address.

Customer Reviews
Browns' Dental Surgery has a rating of 3.4 out of 5 based on over 19 reviews on Google
Went in for a filling this fell out after 24 hours called them and had to wait for a few weeks to heal seen. Then the next one last only a week. Then the third one has lasted about 2 weeks. This will be my 4th visit. If they are asking me to pay for the service they should be able to fix a filling. My old dentist fitted one that lasted years. Not happy with the services.
Rang today at half 3 when they shut at 4 as my bonding had fallen off my front tooth when I get married very very soon. Luckily the dentist said If I could get there for 4 they would take a look and fixed my tooth. Saved me from many tears with such an important day coming up. Thanks so much for your help and saving my day. Really appreciated.
Staff are really friendly and very welcoming, dentists are very friendly to. It’s nice to be made to feel welcome in a busy practice
I was assessed by 111 and recommended emergency treatment and I call them. And the receptionist said they don't accept patients from 111. They didn't even ask me if I am in pain. Where is the humanity? I am absolutely disgusting
Waited 4 weeks in pain for a tooth to be removed only for the appointment to be cancelled and hour before. Was told the next available appointment to have it removed was 9 weeks away. Utter joke of a dental practice.
Attitude of receptionist is diabolical, made several attempts to book an appointment for a cracked tooth with a filling that's fell out since lockdown began and they wont make an appointment even after 6 months of pain and swelling. Instead I was told I could pay £25 for pain relief.... yeah 25 quid for paracetamol I bet. Absolute joke and should be ashamed. I was under the impression NHS was here to help...
Phoned up to make appointment, was asked to call back next week as they're short staffed. Never heard of anything so ridiculous in all my life. If so short staffed don't answer the phone! In the time we were on phone an appointment could easily have been made. Nonsense.
