Many thanks to this dentistry for the service they provide to my wife and I. From entering the practice the entire staff are fantastic and go that extra mile in making the experience as easy as possible. My wife has anxiety issues but our dentist is very caring and considerate and eases her problems. Many thanks to Will, his assistant’s and all the staff. You are brilliant. Wilf & Carolyn

I have been with eden villas dental practice for years now lynwood,I had an appointment last weds as my new pallet wich they fitted has snapped in half,I had emergency at school to go immediately so obviously I did thinking would still be in time for appointment but it ran over at school,so ment 15mins after my app time at lynwood I rang immediately soon as I could to explain the situation but they didn't want to know they just dismissed me from the practice as apparently missed an appointment last year,so now I have a broken pallet and no dentist. Lack empathy and understanding.

My 2 year old son saw Danielle today and she was not very good. She had no patience for my son who has autism and was quite rude when he wouldn’t sit down and calmly get his teeth checked. I explained that my son was not familiar with this setting and she replied with an attitude ‘what was the point in bringing him then’ there was no enthusiasm to help him feel comfortable, only horrible stares. I do not recommend her to see children with special needs.

I'm very happy with my tooth implant. Everytime I go the team are always friendly and polite.

Just a big thankyou to the dentist and dental nurse who looked after me while having a tooth removed. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff have been really helpful and friendly. Even after I rang back with a problem I still got a call back later to make sure I was OK. Again a big thankyou to all.

Since registering as a private patient, with this practice in April after a crown came off, I have received exellent care from my Dentist Danielle and the nurses assisting her at my appointments. As an extremely nervous anxious patient I have been put at ease at every session from every member of staff I have met. Danielle explained everything with me before and during my procedures and was professional, kind, caring and sympathetic throughout, and has done a most brilliant job. The reception staff are an asset too, I've had hugs when I've been upset and worried, and have been treated with kindness, respect and dignity at all times, and always greeted with a smile. I still have one appointment left to go with the therapist, but feeling less nervous about it. Thankyou so much to all at Lynwood Dental Eden Villas, Julie

Yuan, the dentist, is the most honest dentist I have ever visited in my whole adult life. And I am not young. After the checkup and X-rays, I made a second appointment for a clean and polish. Mariam, the nurse, was the first dental nurse ever to completely remove the water from my mouth as soon as it was there, sparing me the need to stop and spit several times. And the price was the lowest private rate I could find in the area, since I have been in Washington for 3 years and not been able to get onto an NHS dental plan as yet. Highly recommend.
