I contacted this dentist as I needed work doing on a loose bidge, after a consultation by Georgina on monday, she made an appointment for wednesday. I'll admit I was worried about proceedures & costs of hundreds if not into the thousands of pounds. What an absolute brilliant service with Dr Rehal who immediately put my mind at rest & carried out my treatment with 1st class care. The cost of treatment was very reasonable & I cannot recomment this practice enough, especially Dr Rehal's care & attention & the very helfull reception staff. 100% service
Brilliant friendly service. Broke my tooth, they fit me in as an emergency. I’ll be transferring here for sure. Great team very efficient. Lovely new clinic. Highly recommended
Had a replacement filling today (I’m a bit of a baby when it comes to going to the dentist) Amna is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had. She kind, reassuring and gentle! The reception staff are brilliant as well! Always welcoming and very helpful! Oh and Amnas assistant (that’s probably not what her job title is) she really is lovely totally put me at ease.
I've been at this Dentists for a very long time but yesterday I met my my new Dr Yousma Alam who had only been at her new job for a couple of hours. Wow, she knows her stuff is expertly efficient in her work, she really was awesome no complaints from me whatsoever, well done.
I have been a patient here for decades. Had 2 or 3 dentists in that time but my current one by far the best. Even though I now live about 10 miles away I have no plans to change to a nearer dentist (if I could even find one accepting NHS patients). Highly recommended.
No complaints here. Had an emergency and was recommended my dentist for a checkup. I thought it a little odd they asked for payment upfront but in a business where you probably get messed around a lot for appointments its not the weirdest thing. I went with it not knowing what to expect but the receptionist was ever so friendly and courteous and Konstantinos was very friendly, informative and helpful. Its the only time I've ever used them and it was for a short pain relieving emergency but I cannot fault them for service or attitude. Would highly recommend.
I decided to pay for a private dental check-up expecting a higher standard of care and customer service, especially considering the cost. I paid £79 for what was essentially a 15-minute appointment consisting of an X-ray and a brief examination. For the price, I expected a little more time, patience, and attention. My experience actually started before I even booked. I was contacted by the practice and told over the phone that a private check-up would cost £64. I said I'd call back in a couple of days to book. When I did, a different receptionist told me the price was now £79. I explained that I had already been quoted £64 by a member of staff, but she immediately dismissed what I said and insisted no one would have told me that, making me feel as though I was lying. The conversation then became even more disappointing when she said, "If you don't like it, go and find another dentist." I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional. I simply wanted to book an appointment and clarify why the price had changed. When I tried to explain further, she put me on hold and then the call was disconnected. Despite this, I called back an hour later and booked the appointment because I was in pain from a tooth that had been filled by mydentist back at the old location, same tooth twice. That same tooth had already required two fillings, both of which I had paid for. When I later visited an emergency dentist, I was told that the filling had not even been completed all the way down to the root. The dentist actually asked me, "Did your dentist finish the filling, or were you supposed to go back to have it completed?" As far as I knew, the treatment had been finished. Apparently there was a gap left inside the tooth, which likely allowed bacteria in and resulted in an abscess and ongoing pain. I was then told the tooth is now dead. If the filling had been done properly in the first place, I genuinely believe I could have saved the tooth. After my private appointment, I was told the dentist would print my X-rays and that I could collect them from reception. I waited over 20 minutes but was never given them. Instead, I was only handed a treatment plan with prices for the work they believed I needed. I eventually had to ask what was happening, only to find there had been no urgency. The reception staff were polite enough, but there seemed to be far more focus on chatting amongst themselves than on the patients waiting. The overall customer service felt very casual and lacked the professionalism I would expect from a private practice. Overall, paying privately did not feel like a premium service. It felt no different to a standard appointment, except the cost was significantly higher. When you're paying close to £100 just for a check-up and potentially hundreds more for treatment, you naturally expect better communication, better customer care, and to feel valued as a patient. Sadly my experience left me feeling disappointed, frustrated and out of pocket. If you're considering going private, my advice would be to choose a practice that is exclusively private rather than one that also treats NHS patients. My expectation was that paying privately would mean more personalised care, longer appointments, and a noticeably higher standard of customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. invest hundreds of pounds in your dental care, it's worth finding a fully private practice where the focus is entirely on private patients and the overall experience is more likely to match what you're paying for. Disappointed and let down, no wonder it has rating of 3.9 on google reviews 😕 god help this place 🙏
