Cathedral Dental Practice

I was treated very badly, as a disabled elderly vulnerable person. The practice manager needs to learn how to treat disabled people and how to speak to patients with hidden and visible disabilities. I was told they no longer will treat me. I have been with the practice for 30 years. After making a complaint everything changed. I was then accused of being rude to reception staff. However no mention of this before my complaint. I have been left with a gastric problem possible due to the gum disease and was hospitalised due to dramatic weight loss. I have 6 loose teeth that need removal. I'm going to the ombudsman to try to resolve this what I call disgraceful treatment.

Having had a back tooth out in December 2024 experienced no after care information and only after the tooth extracted was informed of complications that could occur with sinuses and they did. Three return visits as in so much pain three courses of antibiotics and followed by two hospital ,visits ,a scan and recent appointment to ENT which may result in operation after further MRI scan.Feel after care and information given before hand very poor if in fact almost none. Moved to a new dentist and filling done in March found to have been done on a decaying tooth. Feel treated very poorly and this has been a very expensive experience and painful .

Would just like to say thank you to Kyle and Sam for the excellent care they gave Sophie-Rose today. Her first proper treatment. Kyle explaining everything before hand keeping her at ease and Sam being so kind and caring with her.

Im the person which is scared of any doctors or dentists, but the staff did great job and made me feel calm and I felt no pain at all during the treatments. The staff is wonderful and they do a really good job. And a waiting time for appointment is not long. So pleased with my teeth now🥰 😊Thank you so much for your hard work.

I needed some work done and I’m really happy with how it all went. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Okay so I must be the worlds nervous person regarding dentists. Having recently just joined this practice, went for my first lot of treatment. I actually did go! All I can say is Matt and Hannah went beyond the call of duty to make me feel more relaxed. They described each step. It is the first time I have come out of a dentist with no pain. Absolutely brilliant team. Thank you so much

I recently had a front tooth repaired after it was badly damaged during a rugby match. Even though it was my first time using the practice, the dentist was able to do a full check up and fix the tooth all in one sitting. Following the work, you cant tell that the tooth was ever damaged. Highly recommended.
