The Treatment Centre

Absolutely fantastic! The best dentist I have had work on my teeth since I was a child. I am now in my 60s and have seen countless dentists over the years. All the staff that I have seen are pleasant, friendly and helpful, and Simon (my dentist) explains everything in a friendly, thorough and easy to understand way and (so far) has not hurt me once (2 root canals, one which was a completely destroyed tooth, and fillings in two wisdom teeth. Also, for the root canals he put temporary fillings in. I have never had a temporary filling stay in for more than 24 hours, but his stayed in for a month and he had to remove them! Brilliant, I highly recommend The Treatment Centre!

I have been attending The Treatment Centre for around 10 years. Mostly as a younger person/student via NHS dentistry. I have always felt a lot of anxiety around visiting the dentist (with dental anxiety in general!) but it is not necessary here - the staff have always been caring, gentle and professional and I always leave feeling relieved and reassured. Susan always listens to any concerns I have and puts me at ease. Over the past few years I have moved over to their private dentistry, which was a clear and easy process. There are a good selection of practice plans, reasonably priced, with any annual price increases outlined clearly. I was able to register my son with The Treatment Centre when he was 2 months old (during my check up) and he has since had two check ups here - it can be difficult for young children to feel comfortable with strangers poking around their mouths, but the staff do a wonderful job of checking quickly and being friendly throughout (with stickers to save the day!) and it will enable him to build up trust with the dentist and checkup procedures. I look forward to my future checkups!

Excellent 5 star service across all staff members. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and highly experienced. Nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff. Thank you ☺️

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but overall the treatment centre is the place where I have felt most comfortable. Oliver is very sympathetic to the fact I am dentist phobic if there is such a thing. He explains procedures clearly and carries out procedures expertly and to a very high standard

I can only express my gratitude to all concerned at The Treatment Centre,for how professional they all are,I have been a patient at this practice for several years and cannot praise them enough,and of course a special thanks to Sue Lewis who is exceptional in every aspect of dentistry.Its so very comforting and very much appreciated.

Friendly and professional staff who make you feel completely comfortable & at ease. From the receptionists, Dental nurse and the Dentist. Clean environment, waiting area is pleasant and welcoming. The dentist Simon I see is dedicated to his profession, polite and explains everything fully before starting any procedure. Would definitely recommend The Treatment Centre. Deserves more than 5*

The Treatment Centre is great. Dr Oliver Turner is our dentist and he is extremely personable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything exceptionally well. He really took on board all my fears and I really felt he took exceptional care to ensure I was comfortable throughout the treatment which certainly helped my anxiety. The reception ladies are all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. I am so thankful to have found such a great dental practice which I would highly recommend.
