Couldn't recommend enough! Started my process in Feb, treatment ended 1st July. Everyone is very friendly and helpful if you have queries. Process is super easy to follow and works alongside fulltime work with weekly remote scans and a responsive email team. They are also doing composite bonding for me next month to reshape my front tooth. Super happy with my results and wouldn't have gone anywhere else 🙂

I would highly recommend Confident. My son visited them for braces and I was so impressed with the outcome that I had my own teeth straighten too! One of the things I have really appreciated is the clear communication regarding appointments (which always run to time). I must also mention how lovely each and every one of the staff are, I have never felt rushed and always have any questions answered fully. Finally, I would also recommend Karen the hygienist who polished up my teeth following brace removal allowing me to walk out with a Hollywood smile!

Confident Orthodontics is fantastic! During my initial consultation, Helen was professional, friendly and thorough. I instantly felt confident (!) in her abilities and I knew that I’d be well taken care of throughout the aligners process. I live an hour and a half away from the clinic, but the staff were always happy to take this into account for me. They’d arrange Teams calls instead of in-person appointments wherever possible, and offered to send me my second set of retainers via post (so that I wouldn’t have to make the long journey to pick them up). I would like to thank Palvi in particular for her flawless contributions to my treatment. I ended up having all my in-person appointments with her, and she is both adept and lovely in equal measure. We always had a giggle together! Overall, my 8-month treatment journey has flown by and I am so happy with the final result of my teeth. I can’t stop smiling 🙂

I underwent my treatment at Confident Orthodontics with Abby as my therapist and Dr Helen as my orthodontist. It was such a friendly environment, and appointments always went smoothly, with the option to have tea or water while waiting beforehand. Being greeted at reception by such kind faces really improved the overall experience. I felt that my concerns were genuinely listened to, and they always strived for the best possible results — giving me a smile I am now confident in. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient of Confident Orthodontics for a couple of years. I love the treatment they provided and recently, I asked if they could order an aligner for me. It was delayed I believe through a third party so no fault of Confident Orthodontics at all. Nicola was very helpful and after I explained to her what happened, she said she would call me back when she had looked into it. She called me back no longer than 10 minutes later and sorted it. Today I rang for an update and she managed to find my order. Her communication and phone manner is fantastic and she always does what she promises. She always gets it sorted promptly and efficient. She is the right balance of being friendly and professional and really is an asset to the team. She deserves the recognition and is a dedicated member of the team. Was a great experience. After 18 months of braces my teeth have turned out amazing and better than I expected. The staff were very kind and helpful during every appointment. I now have a perfect smile thanks to these guys. Would 100% recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with Confident Orthodontics and the fantastic work they do. I went in for teeth whitening towards the end of 2024 and they convinced me that I should have my teeth aligned before whitening. Initially I was very apprehensive as I did not think my teeth needed much alignment. How wrong was I? Until the close up pictures were taken I never realised how misaligned they were. I had traditional, fixed braces and after 14 months and one extra for whitening, my teeth are looking great. At the beginning I hated the feeling of the braces but I got used to the discomfort and the constant brushing but it was all worth it. The staff is always polite, always super friendly and very professional. The surgeries are modern, well equipped and bright with all the bells and whistles to make you feel comfortable. I never was easygoing with any dental procedure but here I was at ease from the beginning: it was never painful (not more than expected) and never felt forced. High points for that. I can only recommend the place. You won’t regret it.
