I have been really impressed with Lakeside dental practice since joining a while ago, but wanted to write a review after such a good experience having my first procedure done there. Melissa Wright is calm, professional and reassuring taking time to explain everything she is doing and is very skilled. Procedure was painless and so different to experiences with previous dentists. If you are looking for a dentist in Taunton I can't recommend Melissa at Lakeside highly enough.
There is a reason why this dentist has such a high score. Melissa was attentive and professional as well as a being one of the most skillful dentists I've had in a few years. Great team. Will definitely be staying with this practice
Thought I must share my experiences. I have recently joined Lakeside and have to say it's the best move I made. Everyone is so lovely. Helene made me feel at ease from the start and Becky my hygienist is so caring and gentle. I have not had great experiences in the past with other dentists but I no longer dread my appointments. Helene and the whole team - Thank you.
Went for my routine exam and my hygienist. Karen and Zara were amazing. The new hygienist kit is great. Pain free and would be great for anyone who is nervous. Thank you all!
I recently lost my NHS dentist. After reading through lots of very positive reviews I signed up with Lakeside. First appointment today and truly impressed. I saw Melissa, she is just lovely, very welcoming and kind. I was made to feel that I was important and all my concerns were addressed. Wow! What a great experience! I'm an extremely nervous patient after having had some bad dental experiences as a kid, so I don't find going to the dentist easy. Having read the reviews, I thought I would give Lakeside Dental a go, and I couldn't be happier! Melissa was lovely. She was so easy to chat to, and she listened and understood the problems that I had. It was a lovely calming environment. The waiting room is lovely, the receptionist was very helpful. It is easy to find. Very modern. All in all, dare I say it, considering it's a dentist, but a great experience! I can speak highly enough of them! If you are of a nervous disposition, please give Lakeside Dental a go. You won't be disappointed!
