MyDentist is a welcoming practice to be a part of. From the friendly reception staff to the Dental nurses the Station Road practice is an especially lovely place to attend. It is calm, well run, organised, and very patient focused. I never forget an appointment because of their reminder texts! In my experience the Dentists are amazing. They take the time needed to give a thorough check-up, or treatment. They put even the nervous of patients, like me at ease. In this time of decreased NHS registrations, the Dental plans offered here are affordable, as are their treatments such as whitening, straightening and implants.

I just want to say a very big thank you to Dr Anna. I was shaking with both pain and fear as I was terrified of getting my tooth extracted. But she put me at ease and it was a swift and successful procedure.

Very rude and unhelpful receptionist who clearly just wanted to go on her lunch break. I was 8 minutes late and apologised, the receptionist turned around and said the dentist will no longer see me because I was 15 minutes late, when I explained I wasn't 15 mins late the receptionist said she's not asking the Dentist to work through her lunch so there's nothing she can do. I'm still in extreme pain with tooth ache and this girl did not offer any help to find a mutually agreed solution, was very rude and abrupt. After I exited the practice, the receptionist followed behind for what I imagine was her lunch break which left me feeling a bit disappointed that she just wanted to get rid of me.

I wish I could put 0 stars. A cold, calculated, and to be frank - criminal service. This was my first check up at this dentist after moving house. I was asked no questions about any issues/concerns that I had. Instead I had expensive teeth whitening and straightening services pushed on to me from the start. After spending most of the appointment taking and being shown pointless 3D scans of my teeth, which added no value, a treatment plan was put in front of me saying that I needed 8 fillings at a cost of £2,100. This was a surprise as at my last check up 18 months ago I was told all was ok and I have had no issues since… I asked for some background to the issues for context and instead was told the £2,100 is interest free for 10 months (very kind, thank you) and I was then ushered out ready for the next patient/mug to arrive. I got a second opinion today and to my surprise I was told my teeth are perfectly fine and I needed no fillings at all… funny that. DO NOT use this company if you don’t want to be ripped off. Jokers

Absolute shambles. Phone you to ask you to come in early for your appointment because the dentist can see you earlier only to arrive early and be seen at the original appointment time. Then they sneakily get you there without telling you the full costs involved and spring it on you when you are sat in the chair. Absolute joke. Not too mention my tooth problem exists because of the incompetence of one of their dentists. Appalling.

After not being to the dentist for 14 years due to anxiety and such. My dentist have been so understanding and are so welcoming. Friendly staff, and throughout the whole experience made sure I was okay with what was going on. They gave me options during procedures to make me feel calm and told me to raise my hand at any point to stop. 4 fillings later...and a healthier smile, I no longer fear the dentist. Thank you!

Best dentist ive had...very professional from arriving to leaving. Very calming place and quick service. If your local try them...5 star
