I have been a patient of Mr. Razvi for over 15 years, having followed him from his previous practice in Middlesbrough to his current one at Spennymoor - Dental Avenue. Throughout this time, his professionalism and dedication have been nothing short of exceptional. Mr. Razvi has cared for the dental health of my entire family, including my two children, always demonstrating a high level of expertise, patience, and genuine compassion. I personally experienced severe dental issues which he diagnosed accurately and managed with great care and diligence, ensuring the best possible outcome. What truly sets him apart is his thoughtful and thorough approach. He carried out a careful assessment of my daughter when she required dental surgery, ensuring she received the appropriate treatment under gentle anaesthesia. His timely diagnosis and referral gave us complete confidence and peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful time. Mr.Razvi is not only highly skilled but also consistently polite, approachable, and attentive. We feel incredibly fortunate to have him as our family dentist and are deeply grateful for the outstanding care he has provided over the years. The staff here are all so lovely and really helpful and informative. Rebecca hygienist and her dental nurse today (who’s name I’m not sure of) were so kind to me knowing how nervous I am. Dentists usually traumatise me but Syed was so patient and understanding that I felt reassured by him. His staff are very professional and helpful. Happy with my new denture and the service given.

Fantastic clinic, I have not been to the dentist for several years due to phobia. I picked up an emergency open access appointment from the NHS 111 service after a weekend of hell 😩 which directed me to call the surgery. The reception (Gail) were/was very helpful and called me back the same day after my early morning call. I arrived still very anxious but had no need as the staff here put you at ease straight away. The dentist I was lucky to see was excellent along with Dr Sayed even knowing of my fear, needless to say I signed onto their books the same day and will be returning for my regular dental work. Thanks dental avenue👏🏻👏🏻, I will be looking forward to my next visit without the fear 👍🏻

Recently moved to this dentist. I’ve received two check ups and two hygienist appointments and I am very pleased with both . I must add the hygienist is always professional and has given me the best hygienist experience ever. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient.
