I’m not saying I love going to the dentist, but after visiting Dr Sophie I’m starting to think I might need an intervention — because this woman has me hooked like a rogue wisdom tooth. From consultation to treatment, the service was so smooth it could’ve been polished with fluoride. Dr Sophie talked me through every option with crystal‑clear explanations — honestly, she made the procedures sound so simple I nearly asked if she could explain my taxes next. She even offered late‑evening appointments, which is perfect for my working pattens. I walked in nervous… I walked out feeling like I’d just had a five‑star spa day for my mouth. I’m not saying it was enjoyable — because it’s still the dentist — but this was the best possible experience you can have while someone is legally allowed to poke around your face with metal tools. If you want a dentist who’s professional, friendly, and won’t brush you off, Dr Sophie is the one. She’s truly a crown jewel of dentistry. Keith!

I have been using Durham Dental for about 4 years now. The service and dedication to customers is exemplary. The practice is spotlessly clean and every effort is made to make you feel valued. I've just had 2 very old amalgam fillings replaced with composite ones and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. The care and attention I received during the procedure from Sophie and her dental nurse Eve was second to none. Well done to Jazz and her team and Thank you Sophie and Eve you both did a great job.

Jas and the team are incredible. Not just the procedure itself but the pre explanation and care taken to make sure you’re fully understanding of what to expect during and after. The after care is second to none. Any issues, they’ll see you straight away I cannot recommend this practice more, all the staff are friendly and supportive.

Absolutely fantastic experience with my dental implant here! Jas was so professional, calm & friendly. I never experienced any pain & the whole experience was very efficient. I started to visit this dentist almost 18 months ago, hoping they could help me with a few cosmetic issues. After a fabulous consultation and some well needed gum treatments, it was time for my new teeth. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! The confidence and naturalness is amazing Sophie has done an amazing job.
